This place is a joke!!!!! They can't even bother calling in medication and owning up to their mistakes. I will never be going back and will do not recommend this place at all.😡😡😡😡 They won't even give out hard copies of proscriptions for antibiotics.

Registered online. Told me how long the wait was. Sent texts keeping me updated. Worked out great. Only had to wait a few minutes before being taken to an exam room. Overall the process was a couple of hours but I knew that from the start. Great service and treatment.

This facility was top notch, very clean,very courteous, N.P. that saw me was very caring and competent. I highly reccomend!

These girls work 12 hours straight most days with little to no break. They are amazing and I commend them for the work they do. The wait time can be bad but that has nothing to do with the service you receive from the staff. The computer program may need to be reassessed to fit the needs of the patients as well as the staff. But the staff is beyond good

Appt made via email at 1230pm and advised 2-3 hour wait. After 4 hours tried calling repeatedly but no one would answer phone. Finally got text alert to come to parking lot and wait outside at 8pm?! I understand busy days and short staffing but if you aren’t going to live up to schedule at least text your behind (5hrs) or answer your phone! Your services aren’t free ….so act like a business.

Went in to see doctor about sinus infection and ear and sore throat. Never took my temperature and pretty much just insisted on doing 2 Covid-19 test and a flu test. No prescriptions for antibiotics or anything. So 4 days later I’m still the same just less money.
