Dr. Nadkarni is patient and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the office is incredibly poorly managed. The team is unresponsive to patient outreach, questions, or requests. Prescriptions are not refilled on time and the office fails to respond to requests even from the pharmacy. We spend our days missing work and canceling meetings to chase the office to ensure we have the medication we need. Really a shame that there is such a large difference between the quality of the doctor and the team supporting her.

I am relatively young and healthy outside of well-controlled epilepsy, and needed to establish care with a new neurologist for medication renewal. Dr. Nadkarni made me go get a bunch of tests even though I have been stable for years, and then tried to get me to change my medication regimen. I decided not to change my regimen because it has been working for me for years and I had no reason to change it, but followed the rest of her recommendations. Then I saw her clinic note in my portal (which maybe she doesn't realize I can see as a patient) which said that if I don't do a test she ordered, then I don't have to see her anymore because I don't follow any of her advice anyway. Literally so rude and insulting. She's just not a pleasant or caring physician and has horrible bedside manner in general.

She's a brilliant neurologist. She sent me to other specialists when she didn't know something. Saved my life. Highly recommend her!

Has "God syndrome". This is a fatal flaw for any doctor. Arrogant and unwilling to listen when a patient has questions. We asked about a second opinion on something and she demanded an apology and remarked "how dare" we question her. Avoid her. She simply pushes pills, and doesn't listen.

Hi, I have been calling for many days to get a form for my daughters school to administer an SOS medication for seizures. No response from her office. This is very irresponsible.

In MY OPINION she is the worst, she took away my drivers license out of spite. I have an enzyme disorder, of which she has very poor incorrect knowledge. She yanked my driver's license when I refused to see a psychiatryst. I have porphyria which is not a psychiatric condition.IMO STAY AWAY from her.
