Physicians lack the ability to recognize patients knowing their own physical health. Past and present. Ultimately leading to a complete waste of time and very possibly a visit to the ER. So very sad.

The absolute worst doctor I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. Tried to tell me a kidney infection was because I have a medical marijuana card. I’ve gone in multiple times and this “professional” refuses to believe that this is a continuing issue. Complete refusal to listen to me as a patient and blaming marijuana for a kidney infection? Highly do NOT recommend.

Very condescending over the phone. Was told you use the AultmanNow app, paid for virtual visit. When the order for covid testing never came through, the women responded "oh well, same thing happened to me I paid $60 and never got anything. I'd just say use another app". This is THEIR app they recommended, then respond with "I've only used it once and got robbed also, get over it and stop calling here"

Horribly rude. Recommended I use Aultmannow App, was charged $60 and did not receive my testing order. Was told "oh well find another app"

Saw Amy the NP and she was great! I was in and out within an hour and treated with respect. Will be back next time I need urgent care!
