I was able to get an appointment the same week. Dr Leblanc was very empathetic, knowledgeable, and discussed thoroughly my options. I would highly recommend him as an ENT.

I was sent to have an MRI by Dr. Leblanc. Never received a call back regarding my MRI results, so I called Dr. Leblanc’s office. He was unavailable to explain the results to me, but had the person who answered the phone (and that person may have been a medical professional, I’m not sure) explain the results to me. She told me per/Dr. Leblanc that the MRI scan results were normal, nothing was found. I requested a copy of my MRI scan from his office. Months later I went to see another doctor and she reviewed the same MRI scan and based on the findings there appear to be abnormalities… Dr. Leblanc was very kind in person, but I don’t recommend and will never trust him with my care again.

Dr. Leblanc is a great knowledgeable Dr with good bedside manner, his staff on the other hand leaves a little to be desired. They have trouble returning phone calls to set up appointments. They never answer the phone during office hours. Very difficult to get in to see the Dr. as they are going through some growing pains as the partnering Dr left the practice. I hope he can overcome the growing pains because I really enjoy seeing him in clinic.

Dr. Leblanc sat down next to me and explained in a calm professional manner. He put me at ease with his demeanor. As Dr. Leblanc proceeded with surgery he explained what I would experience. Dr. Leblanc was spot on and any apprehension on my end was erased.

My experience with Dr. LeBlanc was exceptional. He and his staff are always friendly and caring. I would recommend ENT and Allergy Clinic anyone needing care from an ear, nose and throat doctor.
