3/28/2022Now we are being g charged for a feeding pump that we returned over a year ago. When I call they said they are unable to locate it and will investigate. However I being charged 823.07 for equipewe no longer have. Every time i call I get told they will note the account and. all me back, last week I asked to speak with a manager and they he/she refused to speak with me, the rep just kept saying she spoke with her manager and they have notes the file. Healthcare is expensive enough and hardly affordable especially those with special needs kids and to be expected to pay for something that was returned a year ago is outrageous. I literally cry every time I have to call Option Care because it is always something I am having to fight about. Why can't I just get every month and be billed for o let the supplies I get.Previous RwviewWhen my insurance changed I immediately called to update them with the information, I noticed no claims were being processed under my new plan but I had received the supplies. I called 5 times and was told they billed the correct plan only to find out they did not. They will not bill new plan pretty much it’s my problem. In those 5 calls I am told I will be called back, or one return call. My doctor called in a new prescription for my daughter last week and they still have filed with insurance and still won’t return my calls. Poor customer experience especially when it involves the medical care for a three child who defends on it. Terrible company. Hardy ever got my supplies right. now i can't even get a statement from them for the huge amount of money i paid them for my taxes. my request was sent to the supervisor over 2 weeks ago and NOTHING has been done about it. drs at nortons i had were great but they really need to find another place to sent out supplies and medication. i wondered how this company got even 3 stars. some gave them 5 because nurses were great. mine were too but that had absolutely nothing to do with the company, they came from local agency here.Terrible company. Great employees Really Care

Really weird they tell me I owe them money but can't send me a bill or itemized statement just say verbally what I owe. The nurses are nice and friendly I just have problems with billing plus their is no one to talk to in billing.

Nurses are super nice and do what they can to get you in and out.

Rudest representatives ever. They never seem to help. Is there any other places to get our children’s feeding supplies ?? Also you guys claim to be 24 hours I have an emergency and no one is answering

This is the best place to get your supplies through. They have been awesome in keeping me in supplies. They have even went outta their way to bring me supplies I had to have after hours. They always call to see what supplies you are needing. They are all so friendly and they definitely care about their customers. Received an infusion at their Louisville offices. Deidre was very professional and friendly and put me at ease. Excellent at her job. Offices are clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again if insurance allows.

If you are looking for enteral feeding supplies, look elsewhere. They do not carry basic syringes that are fit for enteral feeding. When you ask them to re-order a specific item, they'll send you something else and still charge you for it. They are more about selling cheapest supplies for crazy high up-marketed costs then they are about providing care & value for their clients.With this said we've never had any problems with the personnel, just their supplies.We've taken our business elsewhere.If you are looking for enteral feeding supplies, look elsewhere.
