GREAT STAFF AND GREAT SERVICE BUT THEY HAVE LONGER WAITING TIME.

Seen me as a walk in, on spot. Didn't have all my proofs but they worked with me. Young mom of 3. Had a staph infection & they were very understanding.

I like the staff. It's a very clean facility too. Sometimes there is a long wait, but then, I've had to wait for long periods at my previous doctor's, when I had great insurance. Now, since I don't qualify for Obamacare, it's such a relief to get a doctor and pay what I can afford.

I saw Dr. Berec many times when I had no health insurance. He was very helpful and caring. My dad saw him today for the first time. After all of us telling my dad for several years that he needed to stop driving, one conversation with Dr. Berec and he handed over the keys to my brother. My only complaint is that the wait time is sometimes long. But it’s always busy because they try to help as many people as they can.

Dont come here if you have anything else to do that day. You will sit in the waiting room for over an hour, currently have been waiting for two now with only 5 other cars in the parking lot!

Called their Covid hotline for the free Covid screening. The woman that answered the phone stated that it was a free test. My husband and I went to the facility for our Covid test but a month later we got a bill. On my bill I have my husband and myself, my husband also received a bill for himself. But, the bill is for the phone call to give us our results!!! Only my husband received the phone call to tell us we were positive. I have tried several times to get someone to answer me on why I am being billed for something I did not agree to with no answer. I never said they could charge me for results. If you call the hotline now, the woman will tell you that the test is free and the results are free. This is a huge scam. The state of Alabama advertises free Covid testing and listed them as a provider but, they are trying to charge people for the results phone call. Huge scam that I plan on taking all the way to Montgomery.

Very unorganized office staff. Show up for an appointment that the was never put in the computer when I made the appointment over the phone. Then later I'm told they refuse to refill my prescriptions since they haven't seen me in so long. Mistake made by the office and they punish the patient for it. I'm sure they will be sued soon.

Unprofessional in so many different ways. There is one competent nurse that I met but the female "Dr" PA is a complete joke. She diagnosed me with something and then wouldn't give me a Drs note for my work about it.

Rude. So on getting refills. Wont be back
