List of Artie Nelson's Reviews
Dr. Nelson and his staff are wonderful! I feel very comfortable receiving treatment here and consider this care to be exceptional.
Dr. Nelson is the first doctor I’ve ever seen who actually listens to me! I can’t always explain the hopelessness I feel but somehow he can always read between the lines and get to it. I can be completely honest with him like 100% honest! No bs lies, I can be me, crazy as I am and he never judges me. First doctor ever to listen and not judge! I love him and will never see any other psychiatrist but him!
Dr. Nelson is great, the staff is great and super helpful. Never had any problems.
I'm the Gate keeper. We have office procedures. And remember it take all kind to make the world go round.
I've been with Dr Nelson for what seems a life time. It has all been worth it. I refuse to let him retire.
I love Dr Nelson, but being told by his hateful, condescending receptionist that he will not see me because he sees my children. I thought he was a family counselor? We have been with Dr Artie for 30 plus years. Rosa is ruining his practice.
We love dr Nelson, he has been there for our family through ALOT! My son has been with him since he was 5 years old and he is now 30. But, Ms Rosa is rude and condescending..
My experience with Dr Nelson and his staff has been wonderful. Dr Nelson is very kind and truly cares about his patients and their well being. I did TMS therapy at his clinic and it was a great experience. His two main TMS technicians (Aammar and Mariyam) are so kind and helpful and make the TMS experience easy. His office manager (Mrs Rosa) is always friendly and is happy to answer any of my questions and so forth. Overall, just a great small clinic and I would definitely recommend his office for psychiatry purposes or for TMS therapy.
Dr. Nelson is one of the best providers for our son that we have met. He is attentive to his needs, inclusive of our feedback, and willing to work with us on treatment plans. The Rosa and the staff are helpful and easy to work with.
Dr. Nelson is a phenomenal doctor. However, every time that I need something I get stuck talking to one of the most inefficient human being on earth named Rosa. I can't even get in touch with him because she will not allow it. I don't know how she has a job. Or how she is legally allowed to drive herself to work. Today has been 2 weeks since my appointment, and she has the audacity to argue with me then hang up on me. All because she claims all of my prescriptions have been called into the pharmacy, but can't be filled. I explained Adderall is a controlled substance. You would think someone that works at Dr. Nelson's office would have the common sense to know you cannot call in schedule 2 narcotics. But yelled at me to have myself stop calling to ask, because the prescriptions were called in 2 weeks(5/24) after my appointment (teledoc), and that's the furthest from the truth. I was very polite saying yes ma'am, no ma'am. But she still thinks in her brain you can call in Adderall, and yelled at me telling me it's not ready to be filled and Publix is holding my prescription hostage essentially. I called Publix and even they asked are you sure your doctor knows what they're doing? "We typically don't call the office for a controlled substance like Adderall." They called the office, because Rosa is so bad at her job, and I still do not have the prescription in the system to be filled today after 2 weeks after my appointment with Dr. Nelson. I'm still shocked this woman has a job. I try to ask my wife or mom to call be sure Rosa is either racist towards white people or men specifically. It's starting to get so out of hand I'm just going to record each call, and send it into the better business bureau since apparently she's untouchable and cannot get fired. This is roughly my 15th occurrence of similar matters. Today just took the cake when not only was she wrong but she called me at work and my entire office heard how disrespectful she was as well as rude and hung up one me. I cannot believe roda is an actual human being for a psychiatrist, because she has no feelings or empathy. Sometimes when I call she belittled me so much I start to think I may actually have something actually wrong with myself. This woman should not be allowed to work in the world of medical practices as I do work as a network engineer for assisted and skilled nursing facilities across the nation. She's probably done much worse to children or parents suffering trying to get help for their children that need help. 0/10 would not recommend speaking to Rosa 11/10 for Dr. Nelson he is the nicest human being on the planet. Please fire this woman and do yourself and practice a favor. Tori is the most amazing receptionist she always helps me out and asks if I need anything!!! 11/10 After being a patient for 16 years it's sad I'm leaving a one star review. But after the incident today, and reading I feel like you will understand the hardships I've went through this entire time dealing with the devil that is Rosa.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
