List of Bradford Health Services's Reviews
My Husband is currently a patient at Bradford Health Services (2-26-2022) and is being treated for his alcoholism. His counselor, William, told him that it would be alright if he came out and two (2) beers and that he can hang around with his drinking friends. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! Two (2) beers turns into twelve (12)!!! I suggested to William that I think that it would be best if my Husband went to AA and met new friends that DID NOT DRINK. If I could, I would pull my Husband out of this program. I do not recommend Bradford Health Services to anyone. I have reported William to the appropriate people and I hope that he loses his job!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT HERE!!!! THE STAFF AND PEOPLE WE JUST AMAZING!!!!! SWEAR I WANNA COME BACK!!!!
Loved the staff great rehab
After 5 days of detox and 10 days of counseling and treatment my daughter went to her counselor and told her that she was not ready for out patient treatment and needed to stay. On day 18 she was told that her extension had been denied. I contacted the insurance company and they would approve the the extension but they needed a request from Bradford to do so. Bradford never requested the extension, they discharged her on 22nd, I took her to a sober living house that same day, she left on the 23rd, relapsed on the 25th and totalled her car on the 26th. The sober living house was recently purchased by Bradford and in my opinion they are risking lives to save a struggling investment when it should be the other way around! Unless you want your child to be statistic I suggest you keep looking!
Bradford staff is rude, inconsiderate and non caring. Because of confidentiality, I won't mention the patient's name, but Bradford's staff force a patient to discharge before he was ready. They told the patient that he was readybut the patient disagreed. They discharged him anyway, against his will. They also lied about covering a portion of his stay. The entire stay was covered by the patient's insurance! This happened at the Madison facility! Sad but true!
This establishment saved my Fiances life. Thank you. Highly recommended.
My son is currently a patient there. I was put on the list at intake of approved people to get information. But every time I call, they give the same answer. "They will neither confirm or deny that he is a patient" I am not asking them to do that. I know he is there. All I want to know is if I need to send him anything while he is there. They promise everything on intake to families but then go back on that. I am left just hoping that my son is getting the help he needs and worrying about whether he needs anything. They do nothing to reassure family members.
Very rude and unhelpful staff. They act as though they're patients and family members are a hindrance to their job.
They are money hungry and dont care about your recovery. Its disgusting
I spent a total of 12 days here and I disagree with any negative reviews. Very clean and I felt safe during my entire stay. Now I have been to some nasty rehabilitation centers that only cared about the $$$ and this is not one of them. Yes there may be some nurses that are overwhelmed at times and show it and chores are assigned to patients so if it's not clean perhaps a little work is required. Counselors, counselor assistants, and nurse practitioners are all generous and helpful. Food is good and plentiful. Groups, especially on weekends, can be less than expected but I got a lot from my fellow patients in the form of recovery conversation.i was hesitant to go but grateful for all who played a part in my time there. Thank you for helping me get my life back

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
