Got called for time to get supplies, scheduled it for next day and showed up to be told they thought my pickup was scheduled a week out. Next time got call and asked when I would like to pick it up and said around noon, receptionist said that's fine. I show up and they take lunch at noon, then when they were open at 1 they were 13 minutes late as a line was waiting outside. Icing on the cake was supplies not being ready when they knew I was coming to pick it up and waiting more for it. I've never had issues with them in person they can be personable and well staffed so unsure what causes these issues.

The office is clean the service is fast the employees are very professional and nice. The equipment they use is top notch. I was able to do the sleep study in the comfort of my own home. I received my results a week later as well as informed of my options. I pick up my Cpap on Friday.

I'm very happy with the care I've received from Vital Sleep Care.The doctors and nurses are great and the staff is very friendly and I am doing so much better with my sleep issues than ever before and I have to give Vital Sleep Care the credit! Thank you!

Very good experience with the office staff and the nurse practitioner; I did not meet the doctor. I have had sleep apena since 2001. This visit was to set up with a new sleep doctor cause I recently move to Huntsville. I was very please with the visit

As a first time patient, I never met or spoke with the doctor. This was prior to and after my sleep study.
