My review must have hit a nerve. Some how it has been removed. Con artist hands down.

Great care for me and my family! Tafazoli and his staff truly care about the health and well being of their patients.

Re-iterating what seems to be a trend for this awful establishment. Terrible service, dishonest, unorganized and thieves. Tafazoli should have his practice shut down, he’s such an awful Dr.. I went in for just a COVID test only, parked outside they came out swabbed me and I was on my way literally took 5 minutes. Supposed to be a rapid test but did not get my results till a week later, all I was told is that I tested positive, nothing else. Fast forward 2 weeks and I received a bill from a lab Diatherix for SARS-upper respiratory test (that I did not request nor was informed of) along with two separate claims from CPC. I called the lab and was told the Dr requested this extra test. (But never informed me) so I contacted the billing department of CPC and Cindy in billing who was completely useless and rude, said they couldn’t and wouldn’t do anything about the lab bill and that she would “help” on the Dr.s bill.. also not true. So now for just a simple COVID test and after insurance I owe over $200 to these thieves and another $200 to the lab.. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR!! They are completely dishonest and will run you for your money. Now I’m in appeals process with my Insurance and will be filling a complaint with the AL medical board against this Dr. STAY AWAY!!!

My wife had a seizure on a Friday, he seen her 1st thing that following Monday, got her set up with a neurologist, sleep study, and eeg in a week's time! Dr Tafazoli service to this community and his patients is top notch! I highly recommend him for family care and if your having issues with your sleep, he can and will get you the answers you need!

Unorganized, dishonest, and ignorant. Scheduled an appointment for a check up, which is covered by insurance. Establishment agreed that I would not be charged. Later I was charged and now the establishment is going back on their word. I have been attempting to resolve the issue for 3 weeks now. Doctor ran tests and said they would call to schedule to review results once they come in. It has been two months and still no word. Poor establishment for such area.

Money hungry. Stay away. Attempted to charge my insurance a ridiculous amount of money for 3 office visits. My insurance denied the amount. Then today I get a letter in the mail stating I owe money for a phone call. A PHONE CALL! I NEVER requested him to call me, his nurse Alia told him to call me to “check on me”. They charged $110.00 for a PHONE CALL that lasted 3 minutes mind you, when the letter stated 11-20 minutes. Imagine that. Lol. Asked 3 times and was told THREE times that I would be referred to an endo, instead they referred me to a psychiatrist LOL. When I confronted them about this, I got a termination letter in the mail for myself and my husband who had nothing to do with it. Lololol. So many other things I could say, but these were the main things other than once he made me super uncomfortable during my visit. I won’t say what happened publicly, but it was not good. Dr. Tafazoli you really should take your reviews to heart and perhaps change your actions with your patients. This is not how you keep people. I’m glad I’m done with you.

The service here is phenomenal. Dr T is really caring and took time to take care of me and my husband .. Face to face - he was wearing PPE ... the whole works ...

So thorough. He identified a problem that had been brewing for years that my doctor in Birmingham thought was inconsequential. Dr. Tafazoli referred me to a specialist to get to the bottom of it. Dr. Tafazoli will be my new primary care physician.

Dr. Tafazoli and Amber always answer all of my questions and are both great with my daughter! Always willing to squeeze us in for sick visits when needed and quick appointments for routine stuff too! Love all of the staff too, they are awesome!
