She said my skin condition was from spilling hair dye on my face. I told her that I had done lots of research on gluten bases dermatitis and she trashed looking on the internet for information. She gave me a one page sheet of paper on gluten sensitivity diagnosis to base he diagnosis on and I have a 10 page paper that says she is wrong. 4 visits with treatment and I still have the rash that has totally scarred my face now. She doesn't like you to try to research your condition.

I would not recommend this woman to anyone. She is a sadist! She scared me big time. I will have to see a plastic surgeon. I cannot give her any star. Not worthy. But I have to give one star just to submit!

On my last appointment, I did not get to see Dr. Shatley, but was seen by her assistant. This happened to my sister also. I had a number of issues, and was not comfortable with the diagnosis of the nurse. Dr. Shatley does not take insurance. You have to pay up front and file yourself. Poor service. I will look for another dermatologist.

I made an appt for my Dad, Dr. Shatley was so concerned about my Dad and so caring and right on about his diagnoses. Very Good Doctor
