Nicholas Patellis's Online Review Report Card

The office used to run smoother, but the last year things have gotten worse. I feel like a forgotten patient sometimes. Messages take a while to get answers, and even when I get replies, they don’t call in new prescriptions. I send messages reminding them, and I still get no answer. The newer staff isn’t very friendly too. Very knowledgeable doctor who serves our country through military service. The personal touch his office used to offer is not there lately.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patellis for 8 years. I was suffering with many symptoms and had been to several doctors, none of them could figure out what was wrong with me. Dr. Patellis took the time to truly listen and he was typing while I was there, but I could tell he was thinking and figuring all my symptoms out. He indeed found out exactly what disease I have when other doctors could not figure it out! Since then, my husband, children and other family members have him as their doctor and he treats us ALL with respect, caring and he is the absolute smartest doctor I have ever known. I feel we are all blessed to have such a wonderful physician!

No compassion. He has very poor bed side manner, I am sure he is knowledgeable and was an Army doctor. Just shows no feelings, sad he choose this profession

He is a wonderful doctor. He listens to you. He he is thorough! I highly recommend him! The staff are great too!

I always enjoyed great care from Dr. Patellis and his staff in the past. I moved away and was able to return to his care. Upon my first encounter back, he had two girls standing outside my door arguing which one had to take my vitals and do my intake. Finally one came in and asked me what was going on. I described that I had difficulty breathing, not pain but my normal allergy symptoms. She apparently recorded chest pain. When Dr. Patellis came in, he determined from her notes that I needed a stress test, etc.

Skilled Dr and amazing staff. They have taken great care of my family and have always been available when we needed them. Love the in house lab! We have always been very pleased with the staff and service we receive!

I've been a patient for more than 7 years & my fiance for more than 5, we consider ourselves fortunate to have such a great PCP. Dr Patellis is pro-preventative; he diligently monitors our health, without being too quick to just start prescribing drugs for every little anomaly on a single lab report. They don't over schedule, we've never had to wait past our appt time. The office staff & nurses are always friendly & helpful and have gone out of their way to help us with insurance issues. I've hesitated to submit a review because we don't want to 'share' him with too many people - LOL

Dr. Patellis is seldom available and often leaves his patients to go to urgent care or ER for treatment because he does not have another doctor to cover his many absences. His service with the military is admirable, but if you want consistent care you had better go elsewhere.

Dr Patellis and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and are a great medical team! I would highly recommend his office!

Horrible Horrible Experience with this Doctor and very RUDE staff... This is (was) my primary doctor and I went to him because I was broke out with a rash. The Doctor entered the room and never sat down, I showed him the rash and HONESTLY he just said, " It might go away or might not....." Then he walked out!!! Staff was awful Rude not friendly at all...so unprofessional.
