List of Urgent Care For Children- Madison's Reviews
Everyone is nice and caring. Usually in and out in an hour or less!
The doctors and staff here were great. Highly recommend.
Once again another wonderful experience. Provider Jennifer and staff do a great job asking consent and explaining everything they need to do to my 4 year old. I appreciate that they ask my child questions, and allow him to answer.
This is by far the best pediatric urgent care I’ve ever been too. We’ve used them twice now and both times it’s been a wonderful experience. Summer was so sweet and patient with my little girl. From making an appointment, checking in, being seen, and getting home it was soooo quick and easy. They called in her antibiotics first thing and made sure they gave my girl her favorite lollipop. If your primary care can’t fit you in this is the place to go!
Staff was friendly. We had about an hour and a half wait. It got busy right as we arrived. Easy check in on my phone. As soon as we got called back to see the doctor everything went quickly. Will definitely use them again.
Reserved spot online and filled out forms ahead of visit. Easy-in and easy-out; staff very friendly.
Love that you can book online and be seen in a timely manner
Urgent Care for Children is an inadequate, unreliable source of medical diagnosis or practice. Urgent Care for Children has a sign posted on the door stating antibiotics will not be prescribed to patients except under very specific circumstances. Being so fixated on this decree and its enforcement, this clinic continues to miss illnesses that require antibiotic care and follow up. Most recently our child was seen for prolonged (several days) fever, congestion, cough, discomfort, and lethargy. Though the medical professional could see fluid in both ears and swollen tonsils, we were told neither ear looked bad enough for antibiotics. Our child was swabbed for viral illnesses at Urgent Care for Children but the results in the patient portal show the sample was rejected due this particular swab no longer being executed. In other words, the clinic doesn’t know what labs can and cannot be completed. No one has called in regards to the rejected sample or to ensure the diagnosis was adequate. Our child’s fever continued to spike today but thanks to our reliable pediatrician, they will now be on a strong course of antibiotics. In addition, he has given us a referral to a pediatric ENT and ordered a scan of her abdomen because it is distended. Please do not take your child(ren) to Urgent Care for Children. Take them to the HH Pediatric ER or their pediatrician. With deepest outrage, A Concerned Parent

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
