friendly, knowledgeable and provided the information needed.
Great experience! Vital Sleep treats me well. The doctor and staff listen to my questions and concerns and provide excellent answers.
I’ve had 2 visits so far. I’ve had a good experience. And the staff is very friendly.
Had recent appt and was quite pleased to see Dr Vanguru had added a nurse practitioner. Much needed and very pleasant to work with. Like the efficiency she adds to the office!
Dr. Vanguru was very polite and answered all my questions. Very professional and knowledgeable.
I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 1994. I have been sleeping comfortably with a CPAP ever since. I received a new CPAP machine from Dr. James Roy about two months before he went out of business. I do not like the machine, and wanted it placed with another. My family doctor recommended Vital Sleep Care. Dr Vanguru insisted that I couldn’t have a different machine or a mask without doing a sleep study. I agreed to do a home study. I was told no data recorded and a second study was scheduled. The problem with that is that I’ve had sleep apnea for so long and I’m so used to a CPAP machine. I don’t go to sleep at all without it. Therefore, I could not document by my sleep studies that I have sleep apnea. Based on this. Dr. Vanguru would not help me with my equipment issue. I did my best to explain to the nurses the situation, but couldn’t get anyone to listen to me. These people love to talk about how different they are from Dr Roy. But in the end, they are the same. Your health is not what’s important to them. Getting a bill in front of Blue Cross is a lot more important. Beware of a doctor that won’t listen to you. You may not be a doctor, but no one knows your health better than you do.
The team at Vital Sleep Care work quickly and efficiently. I don’t have to take off the whole day for the visit.
The doctor and staff were so welcoming and sweet to us while we were there .
They take care of you at Vital Sleep Care.
Got called for time to get supplies, scheduled it for next day and showed up to be told they thought my pickup was scheduled a week out. Next time got call and asked when I would like to pick it up and said around noon, receptionist said that's fine. I show up and they take lunch at noon, then when they were open at 1 they were 13 minutes late as a line was waiting outside. Icing on the cake was supplies not being ready when they knew I was coming to pick it up and waiting more for it. I've never had issues with them in person they can be personable and well staffed so unsure what causes these issues.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
