November 2 2021 was my first time to visit this group to discuss getting 2 warts removed, one on my pinky finger and one on my thumb. I had to keep going back to get them frozen off. I went back on 11/9/2021 12/17/2021 1/11/2022 1/25/2022. Each time I paid my copay and left. Each time the same young lady checked me out and never told me I had a balance on my account. I never received a bill in the mail either. When I called to make an appointment on 2/21/22 for 2/22/22 I was sent a text message to "create my chart portal" where I then found out I had a $460 balance on my account. When I called in to ask about my balance someone in the billing department said they had sent me a bill but the address was wrong ( I personally think this is funny because I always take out my driver's license to make sure the spelling is correct because if I dont I know I spell it wrong) I never received a bill nor was i ask for additional payment at check out. ( I also asked the lady in the billing department if the young lady at check out could see if I had a balance. She said yes and followed it up with they were having a hard time keeping that position filled. Normally I would be more understanding BUT the same girl checked me out every single time.) The first woman I spoke with in the billing department on 2/21/22 was very nice, explained things for me, got a few questions answered for me and followed up with me the next day. On 2/22/22 I asked her if she could have a hire up give me a call that I was not happy with the fact I am now out $660.00 and still have 2 warts. She said she would.....2/23/22 I waited for a phone call, didn't get one ( my bill has already been paid so I am sure I am no longer a priority) Today 2/24/22 I waited until 3:00pm and thought I would just give them a call. I called and talked to someone in billing. This woman was NOT as nice as the first. Told me I should know my insurance ( I pay for the best policy my company provides) It was my fault I never got a bill (then followed it up with the bill was returned to them....hmmm I don't know maybe give me a call get my right address (even though again I KNOW it was right) so you can send me a bill or even tell me about it. Had I known the cost least by my 3rd visit, believe me there would have NOT been a 4th or even a 5th. The lady I spoke with today was very rude and did I start getting testy with her... yes... yes I sure did. After the first 3 mins of this is my fault and I should know my insurance and her cutting me off. I did get testy but what's sad is all I truly wanted was..... yeah we totally screwed up here, what can we do to make this right and help with your warts. Instead I was talked to like I was nothing. Once I finally had enough....I said it would be a good idea for me to end this call and for a manager to give me a call. Again I'm sure this won't happen. My bill has been paid so I am no longer important. Find a Dermatologist that actually gives a damn about you and doesn't bill you for every little thing ( I was charged for an office visit for one of my trips 11/9/21 because I asked about a spot on my face and because she wrote me a prescription I was billed for an office visit on top of my wart freezing charge) OH and to make it better she told me to buy what's called a "wart stick" its on amazon its $20 It does help but after you use it for so long it starts to eat your skin. So yeah I'm actually out $680.00 and still have 2 warts...... My biggest mistake was not asking like I normally do. "Is this covered by my copay or will there be a bill?"

My husband had an appointment with Denise who quickly found a problem spot that turned out to be melanoma. :( Denise got us an appointment with Dr. Levine for surgery. Dr. Levine and her nurse Rachel were amazing and very patient with the amount of questions we had. They both explained the process in a very understandable way which eased our anxiety about everything and we can't thank them enough. I would highly recommend any of the doctors at Levy Dermatology for all of your skin needs.

You won’t find a better, more kind, and professional staff than those at Levy Dermatology. From scheduling to reception to Drs and Nurses it was a great experience.

False Billing Practice - went it for an examination for my daughter and there was a visible exam followed by prescription. 2 months later got a HUGE bill for a 'procedure' they claimed they did on my daughter. Nothing of that happened. But in the end since they GO WITH THEIR NOTES and I did not want my name into collections for fault of someone else - had to end up paying. Now exploring legal options. Please do yourself a favor - give written permissions for anything that happens or BEST OF ALL .. get another doctor.

Totally pleased with surgery on my back. Dr Levine was awesome.

Great experience. The location was perfect distance for me, not a long wait in either the lobby nor exam room, and most importantly...the customer service was great. Everyone was welcoming, as I was a new customer. Dr. Burgess identified a plan of action and I can see a difference with my skin. I recommend to all.

5 Stars Highly Recommend . Best run office in Memphis . Staff is friendly and knowledgeable . Dr Levy is the best . He is very precise, focused , detailed , and great at explaining the procedure .

I love everything about this practice from the facility, office staff, doctors and nurse practitioners. I have referred my daughter and her family to them.

Dr. Levy, I want to thank you for ALL you did before,during, and after my MOHS surgery! I was Blessed to have such a wise, skillful, and kind Doctor! You took a complex situation and made decisions that resolved my problem and for that, I am Eternally Grateful!!! Your entire staff was exceptional! Rebecca always answered All of our (mostly my wife's) many questions and was there to encourage me/us along the way. Elisabeth at the front desk was always so encouraging and helpful in getting us in touch with Rebecca and just being kind in general! Thank you again for not only becoming my go to MOHS Doctor but is also becoming a Friend as well! Thanks again and God Bless you and young your entire staff!
