Dr. Duncan and her staff are truly outstanding!...Over the past few years, I've been seeing Dr. Duncan for the treatment of an eye condition and she has kept it under control with great results... Recently I had her perform cataract surgery on both eyes... Her surgical skills for delicate eye surgery are second to none, I would only trust her to treat or operate on my eyes and would gladly drive 100 miles or more just to have her as my personal Ophthalmologist,,, Dr. Duncan is very knowledgeable, well trained, highly skilled and experienced eye doctor,,, I would strongly recommend her and her staff services, without hesitancy to anyone needing professional eye care. Thanks again Dr. Duncan to you and your staff for the outstanding professional services you have always provided me with over the years...Frederic Gilbert

Dr. Graves was an extremely pushy person. She simply cancelled my appointment because I asked her receptionist for an excuse for work, and Dr. Graves was very impolite about the situation. She wouldn’t give me the excuse. My eyes were swollen shut. I had 3 chalazions that needed to be immediately removed. There are much better ophthalmologists around Memphis who aren’t rude and do a better job. By the way, her office isn’t as near as professional as other clinics around Memphis, and several people were not wearing masks. Completely unacceptable!Dr. Graves also said it would take an hour or more to complete my surgery, while Dr. James Linder knocked it out in 5 minutes. Obviously someone is better at their job by a long shot than the other. Dr. James Linder is the best in Memphis. There’s a reason he has a waiting list. His attitude is wonderful, and doesn’t give off negative energy when he’s talking with you.And of course you guys have to wear masks now because of the new covid wave coming through. But when I was there awhile back, you guys didn’t care, I could see it all around the office. I wish you guys went public, I’d throw nothing but weekly put options on this place. Run as fast as you can and as far away from this place as possible. Dr. Graves and the entire receptionist staff need replacing by qualified individuals ... qualified both in terms of medical knowledge and social, people skills.

Best eye care I could ask for. I have been seen by Dr Graves for years. I have major issues with my eyes and would not trust them to anyone else. My 12 yr old daughter sees her too and receives the same exceptional care.
