I would never Recommend Kristen Duncan For eye care. Still trying to recover from the hack job she did on my eye. I had to have another Doctor try to fix the damage she did. As she stated she had a bad day when operated on me.

Dr. Graves was an extremely pushy person. She simply cancelled my appointment because I asked her receptionist for an excuse for work, and Dr. Graves was very impolite about the situation. She wouldn’t give me the excuse. My eyes were swollen shut. I had 3 chalazions that needed to be immediately removed. There are much better ophthalmologists around Memphis who aren’t rude and do a better job. By the way, her office isn’t near as professional as other clinics around Memphis, and several people were not wearing masks. Completely unacceptable!

Excellent care by receptionist, all the staff and Dr. Duncan was Very Thorough in her eye examination of me. She took adequate time with me to explain my condition. I like doctors who don’t rush in and will not take the time to answer all my questions. My primary care Physician (Dr Robert Humphreys) recommended Dr. DUNCAN. Very Satisfied !!!!!

Dr. Duncan and her staff is the best their is! Makes every visit a real treat and she and her staff really cares about you, like visiting with one friends .She is very kind and patient and brillantvand really cares about her patients and their care and progress even after they go home. Her office is beautiful and very comfortable and her staff are the best and anyone can tell how much they love their job and working for Dr. Duncan. Dr. Duncan is very down to earth and answers any question entirely and completely. My favorite for sure! I love going to see her and her staff. They are all compassionate and courteous to everyone and makes everyone feel at home and you are well taken care of there. I love her and her staff very much and appreciate them more than they know!
