Lucas Nathan's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Nathan Lucas did surgery on both of my feet. Why in the world did I continue to go back to him???? I should have ran as far away from this man as fast as I could. He messed up not one but both of my feet. Now I am having to go to another foot doctor to see if the damage done by Dr. Lucas can be corrected!!!! Anyone thinking about going to this doctor, please don't. I rarely do reviews but in this case, I'm trying to help someone out. Again, DO NOT go to Dr. Nathan Lucas.

I had a 5 star experience with the entire staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive to my needs. I love my results and I definitely recommend their services to others. Thanks so much!!! I will return if needed.

His office staff is Horrible! They are not professional at all. They were eating lunch at desks while patients waited in the same area. I went to see this doctor for an appointment about the removal of a corn. He quoted $1200 out of pocket. I went back 6 months later to make an appointment to have the surgery done, the cost had almost tripled. Mind you I do have good medical insurance. Fraud!

I would like to tell anyone thinking about going to Dr. Nathan Lucas to run, don't have this man operate or do anything to your feet. I am now paying the price for not doing my homework when selecting a podiatrist. Dr. Lucas did several surgeries on both of my feet when I was wearing an 8 1/2 shoe size. Now after repeated surgeries, I now where a 8 1/2 on the left foot and a 9 on the right. This is no bone in the large toe on the right foot. Whatever he placed in my foot has now broken apart (as seen on x-rays) and from second opinions, there is not much that can be done. The bottom of my right foot is so hard and extended, to the point that I can no longer walk barefooted comfortably and I can no longer wear heels with pointed toes comfortably. I agree with one reviewer when they said he was not very friendly and like another reviewer said that he was trying to support African American businesses. I am very disappointed and in the service I received from this doctor. Again anyone looking to have any type of foot surgery, do your homework, read their reviews, check with the BBB to see what type of rating they have and ask other people about who they would recommend.

Too many appts scheduled and not enough time for doctor to actually treat patients. Was told I will have a consultation and I will they will be able to tell me how much it cost after that. Well I never got that consultation. But yet they ask me how much I wanted done and asked for payment for that service prior to me having that so call consultation. After waiting an hour to be seen they sent me back with technican who complete the service, that took a couple more hours. Lets just say the office shut down and ligths were out when I left. Dr. Lucas never gave me a consultation. He popped in 2x to check on things for about 60 seconds. I asked how much it cost for follow-up and I was told the service I got is paid for, I have product left they will use at next visit as needed. We shall see what cost they come up with after I drive a another few hours to see this doctor that I don't get to see next week. I gave staff an extra star because she was nice. However, they need to work on providing services according to their mission of listening and building trust. Well Dr. Nathan we need to actually talk to you first.

I had the best experience I've ever had at a Doctor's office.Dr. Lucas was knowledgeable & kind.His staff was very friendly and helpful.The surgery center staff were exceptional ,also.I had bunion surgery and walked out after with no pain. I had no pain during my recovery and barely a scar on the side of my foot.I drove from Al. to use Dr. Lucas afterP Unm much research.

It's a scam! He tries to find every way he can get a penny out of patients and their insurance company. He doesn't care about the patient just about the bucks! And the lady with the boobs and wig creates an uncomfortable environment; very inappropriate dressing and bad attitude. The ladies at the front are awesome though (sometimes a little to loud though)! Dr. Lucas' office is very unethical and I will never go back to him again! WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS!!!!!
