Before I went I called I got this lady name Ashley she was so friendly over the phone . When I got there she recognized me from our conversation over the phone. I had to go back a couple of times she rolled out the red carpet for me made me feel like I had vip service.“Nova Medical Center “that’s what’s up!!!

As an employer, I’m not impressed in the slightest. Every time I call, they answer, I ask my question, and then they place me on hold indefinitely. I have to hang up and call another location to get any help even though this is the location we send our employees to. Guess we’ll have to stop using them soon
