Dr Franklin himself 5 star. The staff their kindness and professionalism 5 star. however, a 1hour 30minute to 2 hour wait is in no way acceptable. I give a 1 star. Clearly too many appointments are being scheduled too close together for each patients to have enough time to speak with the Doctor. I value and respect the Doctors time. I feel that every patient’s time should be respected as well. Please rethink your scheduling practices. Thank you

Dr Franklin is great!!! I first met Dr Franklin when he was at vison partner a many years ago. He did the correct eye surgery an I have been seeing him every since. Dr F will see his patients, no matter where. He personally will call an check on his patients. If he see you in the streets he will stop an have a conversation (not talking about your eyes) he's a all around great guy. We need more people like him!!!

I started using Dr. Franklin several years back and have never regretted it. He and his staff are very personable and professional which makes for a pleasant experience. Dr. Franklin will diagnoses your condition, inform you of the best plan of action to take, and then the necessary steps to implement it. He will explain the diagnosis as well as the consequences of not following his treatment plan.
