He’s a great and wonderful doctor but the front office in Daphne needs some common courtesy training. For example, if you’ve been waiting for over and hour they should come and inform you of what is going on and ask if you’d like to reschedule. As a retired RN that worked for the government, we’d be fired if we treated our patients like that. He is a fine doctor and I have no reservations recommending him. The five stars are for Dr Neuman.
