So since moving to the area a little over a year ago …. Since being transferred to BHG, I’ve noticed they have went down hill quickly. I don’t know much bout the place except for what I’ve seen & or heard. This place, & though I don’t have a problem whatsoever with any of the nurses they all have been extremely nice to me. As for some of the other patients & again just by what I’ve seen recently especially, I feel like this place in general doesn’t care whatsoever about their patients. The lines r almost always out to the road. There’s no where to really park when it’s like such, not to mention patients get harassed by the neighboring business when & if we park in their parking lot ( in which to an extent i understand, but there’s no reason for them to treat us the way they do & there r other ways to handle the situation. Even when parking on the curb we get harasssed & call names ( like grow up) THEN on holidays & depending on which nurses r working & when closing early .. OMG!!! Now I completely understand bout them closing when it’s time to close but at the same time to turn away patients that have gotten there a short time after closing early & not being able to dose….. that’s just wrong!! I’m sorry but there r some that go there to try to get better & when treated like such is just wrong IMO!! And don’t need to miss their dose. And again I get closing at a set time on holidays & the employees wanting to go home …. But they r nurses & r supposed to be understanding & caring. But then again the way this world is today well need I say more!!

C,mon BHG. We can do better. Unfortunately this is as good as it gets for M Maintenance treatment in this area, and they have really been falling short at an appalling manner compared to anything I've ever seen. I've transferred from the west coast, which I can now see, is clearly much more progressive than this region of the united states, without any doubt, and purhapse that has something to do with it. My hope is that more people will take an interest in the short comings of this organization and start to hold them accountable so, we can get the help we need, and are entitled to. Like I said, there are not many options for this type of essential treatment in Mobile, and MMT saves lives so, unfortunately, people have to settle for this. I take my recovery very serious, my life depends on it, and other people's lives are at stake. We can do better.

Worse place ever before BHG ecd was the best now they say you owe money and don't lines down the road place went bad when bhg took over
