Doctors are great! Bring a bag lunch because you will be here for hours! Doesnt matter what time your appointment is. First appointment of the day and you will still wait over an hour to be called back.

Love my pcp doctor. Been using Dr Mark Wiles since 2009 and now my whole family sees him. He's a great doctor and his staff is great also. Love the new building too. Thanks!

Dr. Amy Strassburg has really helped me get my health in order. Her bedside manner is excellent, she is warm and kind but also very professional. All other department staff has always been pleasant and helpful as well. Facility is always clean.

I just was hung up on! Been going to this group for years. No longer! Trying to confirm information on how to attain medical records. They informed me there isn't a contact for medical records. Nor a number. Very unprofessional!

We were new to the area and chose Alabama medical group because it was closest to what we were use to. EXCEPT for the 2 hour wait each time we go. No matter if you make an appointment first thing or last of the day it is still 2 hours. Today I had to walk out of my 10 am appointment with dr Burch at 12:15 because I had a 1pm appointment somewhere else. Never even got to see her. I can’t believe this is standard practice. Will be looking for another doctor.

You’re going to wait at least 2 hours to see a doctor, even with an appointment. Having patients schedule an appointment and then having them wait for hours is very unprofessional. Staff isn’t super friendly either. I’ll be establishing a Primary Physician somewhere else. Overall a very poor experience. It’s frustrating too because nothing will be done about it, they’ll continue being this way. Please go somewhere else!

Just moved back to town and called around trying to find a new primary care doctor. I was able to get in to see Dr. Murphy very quickly and everyone from the front desk associate, nurses, lab workers and check out associates were absolutely awesome. Everyone was very warm and engaging and was just a positive environment, not usually seen in a Hospital/Dr, Office type setting. As far as Dr. Murphy goes I was very comfortable with him and was able to open up about my past and the negative choices I made that have had a negative affect on my health. He listened and didn’t judge and was very compassionate and thorough making sure everything I needed gone over and tested was handled efficiently. His nurses were great too, very helpful. I will be making Alabama Medical Group and Dr. Murphy my primary care doctor from now on. Really can’t understate what a positive experience I had at this place. Thanks.

The WORST experience I have ever had at a dr office. Hayden Long is so incredibly disrespectful and egotistic that he refuses to write a referral so I can even seek medical care elsewhere. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

The nurses/staff are extremely unprofessional. They do not follow up with the patient after the doctor has been in. Twice I have been left waiting for almost 1 hour for a nurse to come in and give me a 20 second shot. This is not related to a COVID shortage either. The nurses have failed to do their job in a timely manner long before COVID existed. Very disappointing that the facility and the doctors would allow this unprofessional, lackadaisical attitude toward their patients.

I have used these doctors for over 20 years. YES you will wait!! But you will NOT get this great of care anywhere else. They are the best Mobile has to offer. I currently use 5 of the doctors in this practice and I would not change for anything!! Good things come to those who wait................
