The front desk is nonfriendly and I felt like Dr.O didn't listen to me about my Trigeminal neuralgia will never everrrrr recommend this Pratice.

Great staff and Dr. Hecked is a great neurologist. He explains everything and he takes his time with his patients.

This appointment was scheduled for me by the VA community care. I received a confirmation phone call this morning about the time of the appointment. I walked into the office 15 minutes prior. I attempted to check in at the kiosk, but it directed me to the receptionist. I walked over to three women not doing anything and said hello. One female spoke, the other two did not. The female I was standing in front of never even acknowledged me. The girl who spoke got something off the printer and gave it to the female I was standing in front of. The "receptionist" called a client up to her desk. I asked her what I was supposed to do because she hadn't acknowledged that I was even standing there. She told me the lady had been waiting a while and they needed to get her to the back. So, the female to the far back asked me who I am. I said yes, that's me. She said I missed my appointment. I told her I'd gotten a call this morning confirming my 130pm appt. She said it wasn't from them. They called me yesterday and changed my appointment time and left it on my VOICEMAIL!!! I have been waiting for this appointment for over a month because I am in so much pain. I cannot vouch for the doctors, but the front office should be fired. They started complaining in front of me saying some female doesn't schedule right and they were not staying over to help patients because of the scheduler's mistakes. They also said someone missed an appointment and was supposed to be charge $140 for missing. I felt like they were talking to me while I was just standing there waiting. I left out the office upset. I called the VA and confirmed that yes, my appointment was scheduled for 130pm, and the VA called to confirm this morning. I would never recommend this place or go back. Those three black women treated me like I was nothing but every white person who walked by, they all spoke and smiled. I felt like they personally had something against me because of the color of my skin. The service was horrible.

Great doctors and the staff in the reception area are really good to.The nurses are really sweet and very helpful

Fast Food version of medical "care". They are most concerned about upsizing profit and collecting copays before services are even rendered. (Not even sure that is legal!) Than they are about the product they are producing. Entire office staff needs continuing education in patient care! Not a one of them would work for me! Reading other reviews show this is acceptable behavior, therefore I wouldn't expect the physicians to be any better.

I’ve been seeing Dr. markle for 20 years. He is kind, caring and intelligent. Highly recommend!

Dr. Foster is my FAVORITE doctor to see because his energy is so positive and he really helped me with my headaches!!! Dr. Foster is so down to Earth and really takes his time with me. He has gotten my headaches under control and been so patient and caring during the ENTIRE process of trying different things. I highly recommend Dr. Foster if you want a REAL doctor who truly cares and makes you smile!!

Dr Foster actually cares about my overall heath, not just about my migraines, which is what brought me to him. He takes the time to listen to me and he remembers the little things I’ve spoken about. Even if it’s been 6 months since the last visit.

Did not feel welcomed and I did not feel like I was listened to. I do not recommend going here. Walked out of the office disappointed and upset. The MRI technician that I saw at a later date after my initial visit was fantastic though.

Dr. Flotte performed an ACDF (anterior discetomy and fusion) on 2 cervical vertebrae, removing a completely flat, bulging disc and numerous bone spurs and adding cadaver bone and a titanium plate. This was a life-changing surgery, Dr. Flotte was very caring and addressed all my concerns. I need to have another level operated on in my neck (he let me know at the time I would most likely need this second surgery. )and have had herniated lumbar discs for years, which have gotten to the stage of causing me unbearable, constant pain. I'm looking forward to seeing Dr. Flotte again and even having a second surgery on my neck as nothing else helps. Highly recommend Dr. Flotte. Have never seen any of the other doctors at this location. April Iris McLeod
