Terrible experience so far.....I had an appointment with Dr Keller 3 weeks ago, who scheduled an MRI for me. The MRI was done 13 days ago, and I have never heard a word from anybody about the results! I've tried at least a dozen times to contact his office to find out what is going on, and no live person has ever answered the phone at any extension. I've driven past their office in Fairhope twice, during normal operating hours, only to find the office closed and locked. He is also supposed to write a lab order for blood work, which has never been done. I'm at my wit's end, could never recommend CNI to anybody at this point.

My husband is a patient of Dr. Keller's . This is his third visit with him. Every visit has been a very pleasant experience. Very kind, very genuinely concerned. Would recommend him to anyone needing a neurologist.

The nurses and staff were very polite and professional. Dr. Keller listened and answered my concerns with a plan to address my health problems. Highly recommend.

I took my mom for an accessment because of her mental decline. I was so impressed by his kindness and respect towards her. My mom went in sad but left with a smile. He gave her hope. He helped me in providing insight and a course of action. I will rest easier tonight. Thank you Dr. Keller.
