For starters, my son is a patient in this practice and was admitted to the infirmary ER in Saturday last. Having three Grand mal seizures. And his doctor never came around to check on him. Um. Should you goTo that practice??

After going in for my sleep apnea at the hospital I was referred to Dr Divittorio for a follow up. Seems like a pleasant doctor but was busy to say the least. The problem I have is we setup another appointment 1 year later by his office staff and close to when the appointment came around I received a automated call just as a reminder. Before my actual appointment I called to inform them I could not make it and could not setup another appointment at the time and heard nothing back since. It has now been 3 months and I have received a bill for $25 for a No Show Fee. Now I don't know about any of you but I have never heard anything like this in my 43 years. Yes I could look back 3 months ago and pull my phone records but I honestly don't feel like I should have too. Needless to say I will not be returning back to this doctor.. Maybe we should start sending these doctors our own bills for waiting in the lobby for hours at a time since our time means nothing to them..

Several issues with Infirmary Diagnostic & Medical. I'll start with Dr. Lucia Patton's front office staff.  As a business owner myself, if I approached customers, and that's what patients are, with the attitude of these ladies I wouldn't have a business very long.  They seemed very afraid of Dr. Patton's strict policies and before even saying hello began scolding me and talking down to me about arriving at my appt time rather than 30 min early. Nonsense.  No one who works has an extra 30 minutes to arrive in order to complete a form that could easily be made available pre-appointment through myihchart.org or on the website.  Get out of the 1950's and use technology to run your practice.  Secondly, Dr. DeVittorio's office.  Used Myihchart.org to communicate with my provider as it invites you to do.  No response for over a week.  Had to call and the fill-in nurse apologized for the regular nurse.  Hello - if you offer online communication use it.   The D&M Group seems to have management and admin issues and their practice is stuck in the past where people arrange their week around Dr. appts.  Not this girl.  Thanks
