excellent doctor and staff!!!

Doc was very respectful and friendly. He did an excellent job of informing me of my condition and what the treatment plan was.

I love that Dr. Hyndman takes time with his patients. He doesn’t rush in and out like so many others do. He explains everything so that you understand your treatment. He gives you time to ask questions and endeavors to answer any concerns. You don’t mind waiting when your doctor shows this amount of care. Great experience!

I have been one of Dr. Hyndman's patients for over 5 years now, and he is exceptional. He and his staff are always courteous, considerate, and professional while they manage to show interest in each patient as an individual. I've never had to wait longer than 5 or 10 minutes to see Dr. Hyndman, and his bedside manner is beyond reproach. In other words, he's not only a medical professional, but there's warmth and a unique 'down-to-Earth' quality about him. I was referred to him by another doctor to whom I am grateful. He believes in finding answers and solving problems. After patiently listening and ordering the necessary diagnostic tests, he solved a medical problem no one else had, vastly improving my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Hyndman and his staff if you need a caring, problem-solving infectious disease specialist in your corner.

As an inpatient at Mobile Infirmary Dr Hyndman was to see me, provide lab results, discuss treatment plan, discharge and post hospital care.He quickly came totion. the door found out I was in the restroom and said he would be right back, he never made it past the door hinges on the door to my room. This was approximately 15:15. Since he lost his way around the hospital at 16:30 I called and left a message for his nurse to let him know I was still waiting and was told she would call right back. At 18:30 I spoke with the answering service and told that Dr. Nolan would call right back, at 19:00 a doctor called, not Dr. Nolan, but one of the medical doctors who told me that the infectious disease doctors don't accept or return calls after hours. Never received any pertinent information

My wife used Dr Hyndman for the past several weeks and I can not say enough about him. Not many doctors take the time to listen to a patient, ask questions, and try to understand a treatment plan that works with the patients life. While you think that should be standard, I find with the work load of Covid and the general outlook on customer service; it is not the norm anymore. He is thorough, kind, and all around the best doctor we have dealt with in a long time. Highly recommend him.

Dr Hyndman isn't up to date on current treatments. Testing results aren't current, the waiting period is 3 to 4 months. Front desk staff is friendly. However , one employee in particularly is extremely rude!! That's every time you go. You will be much better off to keep search.

I see Dr. Hyndman regularly for checkups and he is a great doctor. He is very considerate and focused on taking good care of patient. Love the staff, his nurse too! Highly recommend him!
