My experience here has always pleasant and very professional. I can expect the best care every visit. Dr Eways listens to my concerns and answers all my questions.
Being a senior citizen I have dealt with many, many doctors in my life time. I have found Dr. Eways to be one of the best or perhaps the best doctor to Listen, Care and very Patient when he is following up or discussing any questions after my heart surgeries and health issues. He has never rushed through any exams or office visits. I would certainly recommend Dr. Eways regarding any heart issues or surgery,
Takes a month to read reports and doesn’t return phone calls.
He is great saved my life thank you
Horrible communication skills, incompetent staff, poor scheduling of outreach clinic appointments, studies not read prior to follow up appointment, office staff does not communicate to patient regarding delays in results......overall complete and total disregard of patient’s time. I would not recommend this cardiology practice to anyone that is concerned about their cardiac health.
Went to Eways with my Wife on her first visit. He seemed nice enough. She has potentially very serious heart problems. On her next visit she went alone. He told her that all of the girls in his office couldn't believe that she were as old as she claimed to be. That was nice & okay to say I thought. Then on her very next visit he told her that he saw that she was scheduled for that day & that he was glad to see her & that most of his patients were old, overweight, out of shape, & didn't smell good like she did. I mean really she was there for his medical opinion, not to be hit on... On Successive visits he continues with this behavior by continuing with inappropriate remarks & ramping them up by going further & further over the line. I will be meeting with his Office Manager to address these issues & request the he be accompanied by a female staff member on future visits with my Wife & they probably should do that for all of his female patients. Eways even made the comment to my Wife that he would probably get in trouble for the inappropriate things that he was saying to her there, clearly indicating that he knew that he was crossing the line with her by making those highly inappropriate remarks to her.
I accompanied my wife on her 1st visit to eways. Seemed to be nice enough. On successive visits she went alone. She is a very Beautiful Woman in every sense of the word. On the very next visit he told her that the office staff could not believe that she was as old as she said that she was. The next visit he told her how he looked forward to her coming in as most of his patients were old, didn't take care of themselves, were overweight, & didn't smell good...You can see where this is going with him. We came to him because of a need of his expertise, not to be hit on & sexually harassed. I will be making a formal complaint to the Medical Board & request that he not be allowed to see female patients alone without being accompanied by a female staff member in the future.
One of our family members had heart surgery scheduled & with Less than 24 hrs. before the surgery they got a call frm Dr.'s office saying instruments for surgery had not came in & surgery would need to be the next week. Unacceptable!!!
