I really have to put 3 stars as being a neutral opinion as of 2,000 to 2021only bc my experience of this establishment.. Doctor Irving was a very good doctor & concerned about your health n listen to what you had to say NO matter what kind of day he was having bc Irving did not let his day good or whatever interfere with his professional career.. I had terrible experience with 1 other in this place bc my pc doctor Irving was out 1 Day due to sickness which I understand they get sick also... so doctor lyod had took his spot that day.. l ask for refills as I do every 3 months u must be in person to receive refills on benzodiazepine medication which was due along with my blood pressure medication and my acid reflux disease.. lyod told me after I explained I'm here today for refills only.. he took my chart as walking out of room telling me I don't prescribe benzos and you need to go see a Sycorist as walking away with no refills on mainly my blood pressure which is very important.. I said loud enough so he could hear me saying to him doctor lyod u forgot my medication I need .. he didn't look back as going down the hall.. I said again.. hey doctor lyod.. I will get you a appointment with a Sycorist also if I make appointment.. he went in another patients room.. leaving me without 2 medication that i could have had a stroke or even worse.. I made another appointment to see My pc doctor Irving next day bc he would be back in office tg. I did go over my horrible experience with other so called family physician.. since doctor Irving retired I seen doctor Campbell and he was always good but doesn't take out much time with his patients like Irving always done... I have moved on to another doctor local for my pc care only bc doctor Campbell left to go up Chilinders rd. which to far for me to travel especially the price of fuel these days..i can say doctor I Irving will be missed by myself and surely other patients also.. if you need a pc physician I recommend Dr Campbell for care.. good luck to everyone.. we miss Dr Irving very much.

I went there for a urine test for employment. The nurse called 4 people back. All those people she called back had left. I sat there for 1.5 hrs to be in the back for less than 10 mins. Why?? Well this nurse was to worried abt talking the the lady at the front desk. Kept running back n forth. Then u could hear her phone ring n she'd be on it for a good 10 mins. U have people waiting to do urine test n u ur too worried abt ur phone?? U shouldnt be there if ur worried abt ur phone n just stayed at home bc u lady nurse are lazy. Its not social hour at the clinic it's work time. If u can't do ur job quit so someone else can do it n do it better and take care of the people waiting in the waiting room.

Dr. Howell was the most rude doctor I have EVER been to in my entire life. Didn't listen, only talked.

Would not recommend to ever come. Came in for a drug screen sat 3 hours in the waiting room. After doing my drug screen they said my pee wasn't warm enoug . Instead of putting it into another cup or checking it with a thermometer they immediately told me that I had to do another one. No big deal expect I got here at 11 and didnt get called back until 2. Upon trying to use the bathroom again under supervision I was immediately asked how I got the pee in. Instead of trying to see if the cup was faulty they immediately assumed I was trying to cover something up. And was rudely accusing me of things I wasn't doing

The so called nurse Marquetta is a joke, she was very rude to a patient that sees Dr. Howell. Everytime this patient was telling Marquetta her problem, she kept interrupting while she was talking. I mean everyime this patient was talking she couldn't get one word in. The Nurse was so rude and very disturbing to us. The patient called several times and left messages and no one ever returned her phone call. Also they allow the front desk people to tell the patient what is going on with them. That is wrong, its not their responsibility to give that information out to the patient. It's the nurse responsibility. So therfore this patient is finding another doctor.

Amazing doctors office I see Dr. Chambell once a month and he's been the best Dr ive had the onces complaining are probably just upset that the Dr.s dont let them get whatever they want which is not how medical care works if you set your appointments up a week or so out and follow instructions and let the staff do their jobs you will not have any problems there.

Dr Campbell is the best! Would highly recommend!

I see Dr. Houston he is a great doctor.

Worst place ever...band aides and bruises at best..Dr.Howe...to scared to write anything more than otc prescriptions....dont waste your co pay!!!
