My son Doctor made his appointmentWe did confirm that Monday and the appt.is the following day Tuesday.We got in here 8:00 appt.is 8:30We waited and waitedFinally they said Doctor is not coming.My son missed school .They just said sorry.
For the past two days I have been given the run around on getting a work excuse for my covid testing. I was told I should have requested one at the time of the testing even though I asked is there any paperwork I needed and they said no. I sat on hold bouncing back and forth between 3 people for 27 minutes when I was finally told I had to have someone bring my ID and their ID to pick it up. My uncle sat there for 46 minutes waiting when they said it was ready for pick up. As soon as he left they called me and said it was almost ready and no one was here to recieve it. I said they had been waiting for almost an hour on the paper yall said was ready in the first phone call. She then said she was having problems with the printer and she'd call me when it was ready. I never recieved a call back. I called this morning to see if it was ready the woman on the phone said anyone can pull it up and print it out for me but someone will have to come in and get it for me. So my 74 year old grandmother is the only person available so when we get there I tell her what to do she calls me and tells me they said we have to wait until the nurse gets here because she's the only person who can pull the file. What the hell is wrong with this place? There's no communication with anyone working their the people working their clearly have no idea what to do and if i lose my job due to franklin medical mall's incompetence I will be suing.
Dr.Semma is very rude and doesn’t listen to anything you say.She only stuck her head out during an appointment and said are you okay good bye. I don’t recommend anyone this clinic I would giver 0 stars if I could.
I tried calling and finally got through on the phone after being put on hold countless times and the call would disconnect. I tried to remedy that by asking not to be put on hold and I asked politely but I had to speak fast so it wouldn't happen and I needed to get a word in edgewise. Well the woman I asked not to be put on hold to blew my hair back and was horrible.I am astounded that she has a job at all. I can't believe a doctor would want anyone to talk to their patients or anyone that calls to like that. I would flat out fire anyone like that if it was my employee. By the way I was calling for a 75 year patient who couldn't get through for hours on his landline and I am his caregiver so I used my cellphone and spent a couple of hours to get through myself. The sad part is he doesn't get to pick his doctor and he's stuck with y'all. Horrible. I gave one star because I can't post 0 stars. It should be a negative 10.

Dr. Badve Seema does not have the care factor when it comes to her patients. She talks over you, talks really fast, dont sit down and ask questions and make sure u are taken care of and is literally in and out the room in 5 mins. So glad i chose a different doctor for my love one and do not recommend her to anyone.
I love my kids doctor but the wait time at this WHOLE place is ridiculous! Our appointments last at LEAST a hour, every time.
I was told there was nothing she can do for me & I'll have to go elsewhere! Really, my tooth hurts & last time I checked I was at the dentist...TF!
Nurses and reception are rude and short with you and it takes forever for them to call in a prescription I have muscle and joint issues so when meds aren't there I'm in pain currently looking for another doctor.
Dr. Wilson and her entire staff are absolutely amazing! I am so glad that I chose to go to Franklin Medical Mall MLK for my dental work! I just love the level of care that they provide! Awesome job you guys! Keep up the good work! ❤❤
The staff is sweet but the Dr I saw had no manners, she was extremely rude, did not address my concerns at all and did not even talk to me more than one minute! Total waste of time and money!
The girl on the front desk is very rude, I called to reschedule my appointment and she didn’t want to listen instead she keep saying I don’t need the requirements my doctor asked for, she transferred my call without notifying me then I waited on the other line wondering what’s going on,nobody spoke then finally they hang up.
