I switched doctors during my pregnancy, and went with Hope McLean due to all the positive reviews I had heard and people suggesting her to me! I am SO happy that I switched over, because it felt like the right place for me, and like I went with the right decision in my pregnancy. I had the most welcoming vibes from everyone there, and I hope that she gets to be the one who delivers my baby! All the women there are very down to earth and helpful! This will be my permanent OBGYN office! I would recommend them to anyone! :)

Edit July 2023 Had a mammogram done in January, they never called me to say anything. I called them 2 weeks after the mammogram and was told everything was fine. Mind you I have a family history of Breast cancer. So now July I received a letter saying its time for my follow-up exam, me thinking it's a mistake I call them to see whts going on and nurse Shay Said oh NP Janita sign off on it so she put her on. She says yes they seen a spot and I needed to get a follow-up. I asked why wasn't I made aware of tht, she says oh its benign. How do you know tht? And if it was determined benign why do I need a follow-up ? All that to say Horrible place would definitely Not recommend Don't know how its 4 stars with tht kind of patient care January 2023 If you're looking for the doctor patient relationship this is not the place. I was recommended here and never met the actual doctor. After over two weeks I had to call in to see if my mammogram results were there, which I knew they were bc I was told on that Thursday they would be there Monday. I've had better communication from the public health dept.

I've been seeing Dr McLean for a few years. She's wonderful! So is Johnita Jones, NP! I feel they care, and they listen! Both personally call me with lab and test results. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Dr. MCLEAN delivered my daughter 5 years ago. And was the nicest woman ever she made me feel safe and comfortable through you my whole pregnancy!!

Dr. Hope McLean has always be a wonderful doctor. She has caught everything that has went wrong with my body. She always there even when I’m just paranoid about situations. She is sensitive to all my needs and she cares.

Made appointment for daughter, who is 18. Receptionist wasn’t very friendly and raised her voice when I asked her to repeat herself. Daughter went to appointment, said the doctor didn’t even come in the room….A nurse, who dismissed her questions and handed her birth control (which she is already on) seemed rushed and uninterested in seeing/helping her.
