List of Infirmary Long Term Acute Care Hospital's Reviews
I went in to the ER on Jan. 1st. 2022. had a horrible headache, nausea and couldn't keep anything down. Went through the covid questions of course, cause that's all that matters these days, and had my vitals checked. Blood Pressure was 211/133. They sent me directly to level 3, because of course this is stroke level blood pressure. I sat there about an hour and finally someone came and told me I tested positive for covid, they would give me some antibiotics, caugh meds, steroids (yes, even with my blood pressure) and a nauseous med and I could go. I asked about my blood pressure and he said there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to see a doctor and he continued to push me out the door and told me I need to see my primary. Reminder, this was New Years Day on a Saturday, 48 hours till a primary would be open and after given a positive covid reply, which I believe was false. This hospital showed it cares about nothing but helping fudge the covid numbers. We will be taking this issue further. Blood pressure is nothing to sweep under the rug.
it is not child friendly,I had to send my 11 month old out to sit in car, because he was not aloud to sit in waiting room with me.. for almost 2 hours he sit in car. I love my Dr there, but I am at the point of finding another place to go...
My wife was recently admitted to the cardiac wing on floor 3 and I can only say the nurses and CNA’s were absolutely the best people I have ever met! I have had family in different hospitals in the county, and we have o my had bad experiences. This hospital has staff that love their job and make sure their patients are comfortable and happy! My family will never use another hospital! Thank y’all for everything y’all have done for us! Please let Amber, Jenifer, and Bree know we appreciate them! (Third Floor Nurses and CNA’S) Thank y’all!
Yes I truly recommend mobile infirmary. I work here as a housekeeping associate and I have seen how Rn's,Doctors, CNAs and staff treat their patients and treat them like family. They are very passionate and caring about their jobs.
To me, the STAFF IS BASICALY THE MOST CARING, PROFESONAL DOTORS, AND NURSE'S THAT I'VE EVER HAD TO BE ASSOIATED WITH... THEY ARE TRULY GREAT. AND DO CARE ABOUT HELPING A PATIENT GET WELL. THANKYOU ALL...SINCERELY... I SAID THAT...BECAUSE... IT'S THE TRUTH.....
Thanks Mobile Infirmary for your empeccable care of me in your Heart Cath Lab. I had OP surgery with Dr. Quin on May 13th. Might I add, he is a genius and so nice. Shout out to Cardiology Associates. Everyone one from admission to discharge were friendly and accommodating. My discharge nurse was Lauren Dunnam, whom was kind and competent. I forgot the name of my initial admission nurse in Heart Cath, but she was a sweetheart too. The situation was scary for me, but everyone made me comfortable. Special shout out to Caroline House, Geneva, Donna McCree, Pernita Boykin, Jody Johnson, and my anesthesiologist. Matter of fact give the whole Heart Cath Lab a raise!!! Thank You! Mrs. Gia Bell
always on time when you need um
This has made my week! 🖤 After having my stroke at 25 and having to take everything slower. This has truly made me smile.
They have always been my Hospital of choice.
Horrible patient care. Due to Covid family can not be at bedside and staff is NOT updating my son in law. Unacceptable! His father has been in Mobile Infirmary over a week without the First phone call from his physician!! When we call we can’t speak to his nurse and get attitude from staff. We need to know what is happening. They wanted his living will and now nothing.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
