The overall medical experience was great. The check in process is horrible. Upon entering the waiting area you are greeted by a large sign with a upc to scan for easy check in. I scanned the code and followed the instructions and upon completion was given a message to have a seat and that I would be called shortly. An hour later I went up to the desk and was told that I never checked in and that they were having problems with the automated system to which I replied If it doesn’t work why do you still have the sigh out there? All in all I don’t think they cared if I was checked in or not!

Dr. Kidder is very quick and efficient. His office runs very smoothly both in Mobile and Saraland.

Complete reverse shoulder replacement on both of my shoulders, Doctor Kidder is the very Best along with Teressa , Dr.Kidders Nurse, they Genuinely care about the patients . Great People!!!

Dr. Kidder was great. He listened to my concerns and helped whatever way he could. I didn't care for his assistant as much; I felt like she wasn't trying that hard to help me.

Dr. Kidder was very thorough with his exam and listened attentively to my issues. I got the feeling that he genuinely cared about my problem. He was very professional yet friendly and relaxed. He laid out multiple treatment paths/options. I will definitely use him again
