Dr Morgan is kind, and knows what he is doing. I have not been there in a while, but I've been doing good
Appointment time was 9:40 but signed in at 9:13. FINALLY got called back about 10:06. It’s now 10:37 & we are still waiting on the doctor.
Went there at 8:30am Jan 10th to have an Authorization to Work Form filled out on behalf of my employer for arthritis. They told me the form didn’t really apply to me because my appointment was not that serious as it wasn’t for an injury, however my employer needed the form for me to continue work. I went back to my employer to inform them that this office said the form didn’t apply for not being serious enough. My employer insisted it be filled out and told them to disregard the parts that did not apply, so I returned to Dr. Morgan’s office at 9:00am to insist they fill out this form with no more than 10 questions. They said to wait. I then began to wait until 11:45am to then be told they would call. So, I had waited there in-person patiently for almost 3 hours at that point for a brief form in which most questions they wanted to disregard. I needed that form as this position was for temporary work, so this morning of the 11th of Jan I return to Dr. Morgan’s office to be told they haven’t gotten around to filling out the form which would have taken less than 5 minutes to fill-out! They wanted to tell me that it could take up to 2 weeks! I protested and asked to speak to Dr. Morgan, but instead they pushed me off onto the office manager who then wished to blame the public for being lazy (“people don’t want to work”) as they were short staffed (the IRONY!) and that was why it could take up to two weeks. I push them to atleast fill out the form by the end of the day, however received an e-mail from my employer saying I was denied for work for something they said wasn’t severe enough to fill-out the form in the first place! DON’T GO HERE!
He is very knowledgeable. Explained exactly what he was going to do, and answered and listened to all my questions.
If l have a problem at any time he returns my call very fast on that. This is my second surgery with Dr Morgan and he has been a excellent dr in my opinion. I will recommend anyone to use him for any of your feet problems. My neurologist recommend him and lm so happy he did. ????
Dr Morgan treated a problem I had under a callous on my feet. He had to use a scalpel and cut out the problem. It was painful when I went into the office and all the pain was gone when I left the office! He explained what happened and he did a follow-up visit to ensure the problem was cured!
Business office is barely competent nor even ethical since they seem to think it’s perfectly okay to over bill patients, in-spite of a clear contractual agreement with Blue Cross Blue Shield in order to qualify as a “preferred provider” then hold your over payment refund for MONTHS without interest or the very same penalties they would assign to a patient’s late payment. This old federal fraud investigator also strongly suspects I may never have gotten that money back had I not noticed the mistake and pointed it out to their office manager - Ms. D. Sizemore. BTW: For those of you with financial backgrounds this review should remind you of the Ponzi-like scheme known as floating another's funds - while I get full benefit of my investments in said - inflation not withstanding.
VERY well managed
Dr. Morgan is very qualified to treat people with a variety of problems concerning the feet, including problems w/ diabetes. I've been to foot surgeons before an still suffered pain for over a year( sent home with creams) Dr. Morgan has had me out of pain for the last year with an in office procedure. He's the best, an a plus is he's easy on the eyes !!!
Think this is St. Thomas Medical Center not Podiatry center.. Miss labeled

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
