I have been seeing Dr. James West for many years. I wouldn’t consider a different spine surgeon unless Dr.West told me or referred me to another. I think he is a fantastic surgeon!

Dr. West IS the Best! I've had 5 surgeries with him and he's caring, attentive and his PAs (Jimmy and now Josh) are terrific! I can't say how grateful I am. I wouldn't be walking on my own today if it weren't for Dr. West and his PAs and nurses!

I was running late because of another doctors appointment that ran late. Called to explain I might be a few minutes late and was told if I didn’t show up exactly at appointment time I would not get the shot I needed. Leaving country for a month and needed the shot. No sympathy. Made it by minutes for shot. Never saw Dr West ( wasn’t necessary, just needed the steroid). I have never been late for an appointment. Whoever handled this was ( not front desk) unprofessional and insensitive. Hope they never need an extra 5 minutes!!
