I arrived early (at the west side office) lol. Anyway they made sure I knew the way to the east side office because they handed me a map. The staff and Dr. Southwood were very friendly and answered all of my questions/concerns. I was in and out in about an hour. A pleasant experience.

We had a very thorough and interesting visit at Premier with Dr. Southwood. We learned a lot about our hearing and what we can expect going forward at our age. My husband and I both are patients of hers, and so is my mother, and she will definitely remain on our team!

I absolutely love Dr. Southwood. She performed a sinus surgery on me in May. Ever since she has made sure I’m comfortable and well taken care of. She has made sure I know I can always come to her if I need anything concerning my sinuses. I haven’t had a single problem at premier medical. I was referred by one of my college professors that had nothing but great things to say about the company. I’m so happy I went through with them and my surgery!
