The office staff was horrible. You had to be the one to call for any type of results and even then it took multiple calls because no one could ever seem to provide any answers. Dr. Lambrecht brushed off my postpartum and you may have gotten one question in before feeling like she was rushing out to the next patient. I would have NEVER chosen her or that hospital for my child's birth, but she was a referral from my old OBGYN office since we had to move. At my annual exam, I was told it wasn't completed because "most insurance won't pay for a yearly exam" ... It clearly was not their call to make by assumption of what my insurance would or would not pay. I quickly found another OB until we were able to move and get back to my original doctor in Birmingham who is AMAZING. Do your research and find a better doctor and hospital.

Dr. Lambrecht dismissed me as a patient and didn't give me a reason. The office said she doesn't want to see me anymore, which is rude. I am not sure if it's legal for a doctor to dismiss a patient without a legal reason, but ethically I don't think a doctor should dismiss a patient especially if the patient didn't do anything wrong. Doctors are supposed to help patients and be professional.

The office looks nice from pictures but it’s a different story once you see it in person. It’s very tired and not maintained. Front desk staff seem miserable and depressed. Doctor treats you like a number. My suggestion would be to keep looking for a better option.

The most gentle, warm and kind doctor. I have driven as far as 5 hours before to see her. And I could have easily found a good Dr in my area. Enough said, ♥️ Her!

If you need a rubber stamp doctor, this is the one for you. But if you actually need attention with care or follow up, don’t waste your time or money. It’s very apparent the well being of patients is absolutely not a priority for this office or the Doctors.
