Dr. Burch is a good doctor. She answers your questions and is not in a rush. One complaint, every time I have a doctors appointment there seems to be a long wait to see the doctor. I'm not use to being at the doctor's office for 2+ hours. Please work on your wait times. Christina Fortune.

Always good experience once in the room with Dr. Burch but noon appointment and spent 1:55 minutes in room waiting. No excuse for that. Do not believe it is her fault but massive over booking of appointments. Patients have work responsibilities as well. Inexcusable.

My appointment was at 11:40 a.m. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. 2 1/2 hours later @ 2:00 p.m. I was unfortunately still waiting and had to return to work. I am unable to see the physician.

Dr. Burch has been my primary doctor for 23 years. Always kind, caring and compassionate. I think of her as a friend and trust her as my doctor
