Love the staff, they are all there to help you with whatever pain issues you are having. They are quick to find a solution to help.

Caring, courteous and quite effective!

Always respond to my requests for help and when I was having difficulty finding a pharmacy to fill my prescription they assisted with that also. Been going for years.

When I got to office it’s run like the gestapo . Clients are quite and their heads down and submissive if you want help . Treated like children and scolded by staff for expressing your opinions about their rules . I feel an evil spirit in that place. The Holy Spirit confirmed to me to find another doctor. The client doesn’t matter they will not be inconvenienced in the least . I felt like I had to walk a tightrope to get help

Well, let's see, where do I begin. I voluntarily discharged from pain management on May 8, 2018. I began trying Suboxone as replacement of traditional pain medications. I had been told by someone I knew that it worked well in fighting acute chronic pain so I thought I would give it a try. It worked well on the pain when it was at my normal baseline pain level of a "4" on a scale of 0-10. However, in July of 2021 I began having severe pain in my left ankle and lower tibia(shin bone)above my ankle. I had an X-ray and MRI on it and it showed Avascular Necrosis in both of those areas. I was told by an orthopedic surgeon that the only thing that would help me was an ankle replacement. He said dead bone will not fuse to live/dead bone. Fast forward to February 22, 2022, my right ankle began hurting in the exact same areas as the left two weeks prior to the 22nd and the pain was identical in intensity and overall feeling as the left one. I had an X-ray of that one on the same day and, low and behold, it was a carbon copy of the left. The doctor who was prescribing the Suboxone for me told me that it would be best for me, as far as pain control, if I re-entered traditional pain management. He also stated that I was not using Suboxone because I had an addiction issue. I was using it to manage my chronic pain. He typed a letter on the group's letter head saying what I just said. I showed it to Harley Oliver, the PA and Dr. Kopp. When she came into the room she told me I was too high of a risk of abusing traditional pain medications. She said there were overlapping prescriptions back in 2019 that I filled. What's funny about that is, like I previously said, I self-discharged from pain management in 2018. The ONLY pain medication prescriptions I had after that point was post-operative pain meds. I had paper printouts of the x-rays of my left ankle where anyone could plainly see the huge area of dead bone. It appeared to me that she could've cared less how much pain I was in. I asked her if she had seen the x-rays and she said yes. So she and Dr. Kopp both knew how much pain I was, most likely in, yet did absolutely nothing to make it at least a little tolerable. All Harley did was just make excuses basically insinuating I was an opioid addict and that I would, most likely abuse the medication. When I left pain management I had a drawer with a few bottles of pain pills, which I ended up throwing away. How many opioid addicts, or possible abusers of opioids, would throw away bottles of Morphine and Dilaudid?? Uh, yeah, that's what I thought. How many people who are addicted to pain meds would request to be discharged from pain management?? Once again, uh, yeah, that's what I thought. I asked Harley what ever happened to the Hippocratic Oath and, of course, all I heard was crickets. They absolutely, in my experience, do not care one iota if I hurt like hell. It doesn't affect them in any way. In fact, I don't think they even feel pain. I deserve better medical treatment than that. Everyone does. Not one human being should have to deal with intense pain 24/7/365 when there is medicine that can improve their quality of life.They should be ashamed of themselves. If the situation was reversed, you can bet they would expect better treatment than what they provided to me. If I didn't have to leave one star to leave a review, there wouldn't have been one.

Love the team ...they are very considerate ,an loving people...the best . I will recommend this facility to anyone that are experiencing musclar problem....as I said before they are the best. I will back them 100%

My appointment with Dr. Hites was very good! I have seen some negative comments posted here, but really, can any person or doctor make everyone happy? No! He is a very caring doctor, always looking out for his patients best care and outcome! One good doctor for sure! Larry-a long time patient.

They are only about the money, if u are REALLY sick and in pain, plus poor, DON'T go there. They will not see u period, help u with it pain, and if u panic, they will cops the cops on u. Completely unprofessional!!

The Nueromuscular Spine and Joint group Agreed to see me after I had struggled with a Percocet addiction following back surgery, and had been very good at working with me to make sure that I can maintain proper pain relief through less addictive medications containing buprenophren (I prefer Belbuca to the Butrans Patch). I have found Dr. Kopp to be relatively pleasant and good at what he does. I have had some less impressive results when dealing with his nurse practitioners. I can think of two instances in particular where I felt denigrated and given false information. That said, I was always able to request meeting with Dr. Kopp at the next appointment to go over anything that seemed off to me. Unfortunately, they fired me as a patient after failing a urine test for marijuana. The reasoning I was given is that due to the fact that I can obtain illegal substances I have a potential venue for selling my pain medication. I thought this was extremely odd since the medications I get from them have 0 street value, which Dr. Kopp confirmed when I asked. Other doctors I've told this to have been surprised and nonplussed at the reasoning, since I have been very careful to never request addictive substances with an actual street value. Since then the pain management doctor my spine surgeon wants to send me to has had difficulty obtaining the files they've requested from this group. Some ofmy biggest complaints about this office, as with most in the US, is that the wait times can often be as long as a couple of hours (though a tad shorter with COVID precautions in place), and particularly the difficulty in actually contacting them. Their phones do not accept any messages after hours, and their patient portal rarely works correctly. Finally, the waiting area chairs aren't particularly comfy for those of us with low back or leg pain, so you may want to consider bringing a cushion. They seem to be good at dealing with the needs of a doctor's office during a pandemic, which is good. I see fewer people, all wear masks, there is hand sanitiser, and they do their best to keep everyone seperated.
