My dad was very pleased with the service provided by Preferred Care. He especially liked the responses from Marquietta whenever he had questions or concerns, she really cares about her clients. My dad needed assistance for doctors appointments and they were able to accommodate schedule changes without issue. Highly recommend!

Marquietta and her team are amazing. They are very communicative and responsive to my questions. Victoria is so sweet and patient with mom. They do activities together, and mom's house has never been so clean and organized. Mom seems happy to have the extra help and company. We are very happy with our experience with Preferred Care at Home of South Alabama.

My grandma started to live here few months ago and she has been very well taken care of. The entire medical staff are very nice and friendly. The facility and atmosphere is so neat and relaxing. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's been looking for high quality of care!!!!! Cecilia Lizada

The caregivers are so professional and meet you where your needs are. They work very had to do everything they can for each client and family. I recently had the pleasure of meeting with the staff at Preferred Care at home of South Alabama with regards to the potential care for my elderly mother. The entire experience with this company was thorough and professional. I had prepared several in depth questions and they took the time to answer each one of them efficiently. I was reassured repeatedly that my mothers care would be nothing short of excellent, and that their compamy strives to treat their patients as their own family. This really resonated with me and made me feel very comfortable so I chose to hire this company to care for my mother. I have peace of mind knowing that this was the best decision I could have made for her.I highly recommend this company!
