Everyone is super nice and we like Dr Mayor a lot. Great Doctor
When a place saves the life of your child 5 stars aren't enough. I can't thank the staff and physicians enough for their dedication to continuing education and tireless efforts to the saving and enriching the lives of our children. They have always treated my family with kindness and compassion. Dr Mayer has always been very honest and to the point about the care we could expect from himself and his staff.
the Only reason it’s open is because it’s the only pediatric cardiology center in mobile. It’s definitely not because of organization or customer service. Took two hours to see the doctor, receptionists were extremely rude. I’ll go to Birmingham before I go here again.Don’t go unless it’s absolutely necessary.

I really like Dr. Jerry Phillips , he has always treated me like I was important. He is very through.
Dr. Mayer and his staff have always been great to us. They explain things very well, tell us to call them anytime with any questions we may have and they have been easy to work with on scheduling appointments.
They don't even deserve the one star I had to put in order to write this review. They are not recommended by me at all. They have horrible bedside manners, and they do not practice quality of care. I went there to take my husband for some tests, and I am absolutely disgusted with their services.
These are the best cardiac Drs. ever. My husband sees them. We are very pleased.
Love this group! The front and back office employees are the bomb!!They give new meaning to "above and beyond" with patient care. Thanks guys !!!
Office staff are awesome. Dr. Burnham is one of the kindest doctors I have ever met. Highly recommend! Never had a bad appointment.
Worst Experience EVER!!! We arrived 15 min ahead of our 11 am scheduled appointment this would be my son and I first time seeing the doctor we sat in the waiting room for an hour. I went to the front desk and ask how much longer would it be before my son would be seen the receptionist went on to tell me that one on the nurses for doctor Mayer called in sick and he only works a half a day on Fridays so it wold be another 30 min before we were called,but if we needed to reschedule she understood. ..Really so at approximately 1:30pm we were called the best side manner of the nurse was the worst I had ever experience she was not welcoming at all she proceeded to tell my son to get on the scale and once she got his reading she simply walked off she left us standing there no direction anything I peeped on the room where she had taken a seat at the computer and ask were we suppose to follow her she said oh yeah then she begin to ask my son and I a series of questions she was extremely rude one of her questions were how many meals do you eat a day my son answered five she stated no you don't there are only three meals a day so again how many meals do you eat ...I said well he just answered she goes on to say he didn't answer correctly because anything other than the three meals is considered to be a snack well if that'swhat the guild lines are when he answered five why didn't you just presume two were snacks the whole energy was depressing and definitely not up to our standards after enduring about 15 more minutes of her we had agreed enough was enough and left I made an appointment with a diffrent child cardiologists I would never recommend this doctor and his staff not even for animals
