Susan B. Fleet's Online Review Report Card

I haven't seen Dr. Fleet in years since moving from Mobile. She is definitely the best. My ex even travels to Mobile from Miami for checkups with her like I would like to do!

I waited over 2 hours before the doctor saw me. If there is a delay, they need to set the expectation when you arrive for a visit and apologize. I advised after an hour that I had another appointment and was told I was next, which then took another hour before I was seen. This was a horrible experience.

I must say I am impressed with Dr Fleet and her staff. Beth has been extremely helpful & informative with my test. She has reached out to me on more than a couple occasions to assure I am getting the meds that I need by checking withy insurance. Thank you Beth!

Dr. Fleet is a great doctor, but her nurse Beth is terrible. Every time I called she always has a bad attitude. She also has gotten loud with me on the phone. I will not be back. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the nurse. They need to do something about her.

She's very nice but that doesn't matter. I went to her in pain, and explained what was going on. She gave me a prescription to try and push out what was stopped up which didn't work. She ran test, and didn't find anything but I didn't hear back about the test for a week after even though they showed on a medical app the day after. Told the nurse I was still in pain, only to be told take more miralax. I was then put off several weeks after for a colonoscopy except I explained to her the issue was higher up. She could have scheduled an upper scope an a colonoscopy for the same day but didn't. Here I am almost a month and a half from the first time I saw her still hurting and no answers. Her nurses are no help and if you have a test it takes a week for them to call you back. If you tell them you're in pain, they just push more miralax even when something's blocking everything up.

I have never met Dr. Fleet but did speak with one of her staff. Glenda Blackwell called me in regards to an appt with a physician in that group. Felt compelled to comment on how down to earth, friendly, and funny she was, especially on a Monday. Very relatable, which is what patients need. An asset to the practice.

Susan Fleet is so thorough during my consult with her. Also, during my recent procedure she explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. These types of procedures, I hate, but she made me feel comfortable with going through with it.

She has been my doctor for 10 years she is treating me now for chrrosis.

Love Dr. Fleet. She listens and actually talks to you not at you.

Dr. Fleet made discoveries about my health that my internist didn't make. I've been very pleased with her and recommended her to my son, daughter, and son-in-law. She has seen and helped two out of the three and will hopefully see the third one soon.
