Second time I’ve been to this location and both times everyone was super super friendly and efficient! First time the unfortunate lady was all by herself but still friendly and efficient. This last time they obviously hired more staff and everyone was wonderful. It was a pleasure actually. Thank you!

USAMDT has been handling our drug testing at work for several years now. I'm the HR manager and I've always been impressed with their professionalism and speed. They come out to our offices as well as to our employees in the field.

Drove 45 minutes to do a drug screen and as of April they (the office)changed there hours of doing them until 2pm instead of 3:30 which is what the website says and drug screen order. No help from employees and very inconsiderate. I along with the other 10 that use this location for our drugs will not be back. We will use Labcorp.

I had to come here today for a biometric screening for health insurance purposes. The girl said my appointment was there, but I was not registered in the computer system and made us call my husband's employer to have them fix the issue. Turns out, it WAS in the system and she apologized for overlooking it. The visit consisted of height and weight check, stomach measurement (why though??) and she drew blood. That was it. Were it not for her overlooking me in the system, the appointment would've been less than 7 minutes total, walk in to walk out. She was very nice though, and apologized again for the mixup as we were leaving.

Haven’t used their services, but one of their couriers came inches from hitting me while cutting me off in traffic. I think the car number was 33440

Victoria is extremely rude!!! We were there for our wellness screening for our insurance and she was very very rude to both of us the entire time.
