I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Cockrell, and his entire staff at AOC. After over a decade of progressively worsening back pain, Dr. Cockrell basically saved my life by figuring out that I needed to see a rheumatologist, insisting that I consult one, so that I could be diagnosed and treated for Ankylosing Spondylitis. The immunosuppressants, coupled with regular visits to Dr. Cockrell and regular SI Injections (which I had never heard of until Dr. Cockrell recommended them to me), have enabled me to live life again! Dr. Cockrell is an angel! Dr. Cockrell always takes his time with patients, explaining everything and each procedure thoroughly, and making sure everyone is on the same page. He never acts too busy for patients the way some other doctors do, and he seems like he genuinely cares about your well-being. The staff and nurses are all so amazing. They treat everyone with the highest of respect and the greatest of care. Jennifer Davis, the nurse practitioner is just as amazing as Dr. Cockrell in caring for patients. I am more grateful to her and Dr. Cockrell than I can ever say. I would highly recommend Dr. Cockrell to anyone. He’s a great doctor and a great man.

I met Dr Cockrell for the first time this week. He has a wonderful bedside manner and took time with me to ask questions concerning my medical history, current issue and the sources and nature of my pain..Dr. Cockrell also offered me advice on the benefits of tumeric and natural supplements. I felt that he covered all the bases.

I only have high praise for Dr Cockrell and the staff in the Pain Management department at AOC. From the kind gentlemen assisting upon arrival through each point of contact, I feel like patient needs are the number one priority. Dr Cockrell is thorough, professional and personable.
