If I could give the whole solar system of stars I would! This location and the staff are amazing!! So patient, and nice even after we were a few minutes late. You can tell they love what they do. Great environment!

Went in Sat. At 1:30 with suspected Urinary Tract Infection. I was the only patient in clinic. Provided urine sample and test showed normal with trace blood in urine so was sent out for culture.. prescribed antibiotic and Azo for pain. It is following Fri and still no results. Still have pain and no results. Told the following afternoon to go to my own doctor. This clinic is so unprofessional and not interested in patient's health.Ten days past Nov 20. 2021 visit to Urgent Care and still no call as to results of lab work.Urgent Care insisted they call me with results after me going back and calling for three days complaining of pain. I went with same problem to another medical facility yesterday even though having to pay twice for medical service. The lab results have been posted Urgent Care. I was given a different, stronger antibiotic by another medical facility. Very disappointed in poor standard of service by Urgent Care Monroeville, AL. Check for your lab results!

I came into this facility with lacerations and bite marks sustained from my cat. My temperature was not even checked. The lacerations nor bite marks were NOT cleaned to determined if stitches would be needed. The nurse and doctor even touched me to check the lacerations or bite marks. I was only given antibiotics, no tetanus shot was offered. I paid a copy but now they are wanting more money.
