Canceled my son's appointment with no communication at all. I overheard the office staff saying that he was at his son's wedding... They should have said he had the flu and then I would have completely understood. Since weddings are planned months in advanced I no longer have trust in this doctor to treat my son since he obviously doesn't care about his patients time.

Listened to my symptoms, and gave me an answer. He did his job very well. Also was very kind before my surgery.

I have no doubt that Dr. Ford is a competent, highly qualified physician. However, I realized after two visits that I would go back again and again with no resolution. I explained the problem as concisely as I could. He either didn't listen to what I said or didn't believe what I said, so he scheduled a test to verify what I had already told him. BTW, a friend of mine had the same experience of going back to Dr. Ford over and over with no results.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at a doctors office. I took off work to take my child to the dr and they had canceled my app with no communication to me at all. This was a referral or otherwise I would've never chose this particular dr since he receives such horrible reviews and obviously I can see why. Do not use this dr unless you feel like being disappointed.

I went to see him because I was very sick, my family doctor was able to get me 3 weeks earlier than my normal ENT. They herded us back in groups of 5, we stood in a line to get weighed, no privacy there. Dr, Ford spent less than 10 minutes with me, He was rude and dismissive of my questions and concerns. He was very busy, and it seemed like they were over booked. I will never go back, I will wait the 3 weeks to see my regular ENT from now on.
