My mom is a patient of Dr. Ike and I was once told by a doctor I use to work for, said your front office will make or break you, that’s been said my mom had a 2:45 pm appointment she was called to the back at 3:35pm she didn’t see Dr. Ike until 4:20pm and when my Mom complained to Dr Ike he responded to her concerns in a nice nasty way, saying if she was so upset she don’t have to come back in 6 months she can come back in One year if she want to because there is nothing wrong with her heart. My rating is not so good my mom is78 years old and it shouldn’t be she has to go through this. D. with concerns
