My brother was at Diversicare for rehab. He loved it there. The staff was very caring and he really enjoyed the food. I highly recommend it. ❤️

If I could give no stars I would! As I was leaving my review it suddenly disappeared! Do no leave your loved ones here unless and until you are able to get into the facility to check on them yourself. No water given overnight to a patient with a catheter. My mother slide out of a bed that was supposed to have alarm in an attempt to get to a bedside chair after hours of waiting. She didn't make it and tried to clean herself up with tissue(Kleenex). A bed with an alarm...and still no one came! Seriously! If your loved one cannot do for him or herself I urge you to co sides a different facility! My mother deserved better --- much better!

My grandmother was recently committed here and it was horrific the way they abused her after THREE DAYS!!!! She requested to come home because of the abuse!

Omg reading these reviews has inspired me to tell what happened to my family as well! We had a loved one in their care who was physically harmed and it’s really shameful how so-called professionals can abuse the elderly! Please people if you really live your family send them anywhere but here! May God have mercy on there souls!!!

This place was a horrible work environment. Too many people hiring people who were fired previously. Everybody wants to come here and work because their friends work here but not to take care of the residents. During my time working for diversicare I tried my best to take care of the needs of the residents but the administrator at the time was more focused on saving money to go in his pocket that means cheaper food and the care was less than satisfactory from that point on. I've seen so many residents that had bruises and black eyes that wasn't there the day before and when you tried to find out what happened no one saw anything or heard anything because everyone is trying to protect their friends job. My advice to whoever is reading this is to DON'T WORK HERE AND DON'T BRING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE BECAUSE NEGLECT WILL HAPPEN.

Emmaculate facility very clean good atmosphere excited hype staff

family friend (elderly lady 85 of age) was checked-in and staff on duty could not even locate her medical records that were given to them by the EMS personnel. Family friend is a diabetic with high blood pressure and no concern about whether she needed to be given her insulin or any other concerns of her health. Room is atrocious as the paint is peeling from the walls, bathrooom in-opt, TV has broken cable connection, no furniture in the room aside from poor excuse of a bed and a single chair. Room temp was set at 60 degrees. Curtains broken and hanging off frame. Bed had a single thin sheet...no blankets were given...had to request to have blankets and pillow provided. Room almost appears as if it is to be condemned. Sad as it looks like a prison room.
