My Mom came to Dr. Brazil through the ER. He has been wonderful doing this pandemic with family not at bedside. My Mom is 90 years old. We can't thank him enough!

Dr. Brazil has been my doctor since 2002 and I would recommend him to everyone. The knowledge, wisdom, professionalism and compassion he has given me and other members of my family have been life saving on numerous occasions. I thank God for Dr. Brazil's gifts in medicine.

I am very dissatisfied with this office. My dad who has been a client for over 10 years is in a wait-and-see loop for a major surgery due to this office. After following all of their directions for an echocardiogram and stress test , they have yet to send the results to surgeons in Birmingham. After reassuring us that the results would be sent in time for a scheduled surgery, they have still not been received...and the surgery has to be rescheduled. The surgeon’s office has requested the information several times and is being told the results were sent. Each time I or the other medical entity has called we are sent to the answering machines of nurses and managers that will not answer. I’m disappointed at their lack of concern for the continued well being of their client, as well as their lack of professionalism and courtesy to another requesting medical agency. As of this post, we are still being referred to nurses and managers who are not answering our request nor those of the other medical agencies involved.

I had to get cleared by cardiology for an upcoming procedure. The doctor performing my procedure have me a form for Dr. Brazil to fill out. It was three yes/no questions and required his signature. Dr. Brazil said he does not fill out forms, he writes letters. Well, it has been two and half weeks and no letter yet. I have made constant calls to his office and left messages but nothing yet. He is very unprofessional in this department. I have a needed procedure that I haven't been able to do because of his inability to fill out a simple form.

i lost my wonderful cardiologist of many years,dr george. they assigned me to dr simms,he ran halter monitor test,still could not get results after 4 months. went to dr kamilafe,after a year still no results from that first test,nor another that he gave. got sick of montgomery cardiology,made apointment with dr. brazil,felt like he cared ,which was a very big change. so i then changed my family medicine to jackson also,couldnt be more pleased.

Was a patient of Dr Brazil 10 years ago had to change because of financial situation requested to see him a month ago gave me my diagnosis and was having surgery 2 weeks later did an excellent job I am extremely satisfied with him
