I love Dr. Epperson, I have been with him for many years now, I am so pleased with his work, concerns, & Follow ups! I am scheduled to see him this week, thanks to Dr. Epperson, he has really been there for me. Sincerely, Thelma P. Cox

The doctors and nurses behind the scenes are great, but...the office staff at checkin and checkout are terrible. They do not understand the concept of patient care.

I took my daughter to see Dr Epperson and he was wonderful. He took his time with us, listened to all of our concerns, and let us ask questions. He explained the possibilities and was very reassuring. He was kind, attentive, and helpful. His Nurse Practitioner was also great - thorough and personable. I had seen Dr Epperson about 10 years ago and had a wonderful experience as well. I strongly recommend him.

Dr Epperson saved both my arms/hands as well as my legs! I had Polio at age 2 and was diagnosed with Post Polio Syndrome at age 39, he saved my life practically, he's the best there is in Alabama and better than the Neurologists in Michigan!! He's great and I'm very proud to be his patient for 23 years!!

I called this office to inquire about becoming a new patient. The staff is very rude and was not helpful in any way. I heard great things a/b Dr. Epperson but he may need to hire a new staff for customer service because it leaves a very bad first impression. I do not recommend this facility.

I cannot adequately describe the positive experiment I had with Dr. Epperson and with his staff. He was empathetic and knowledgeable. This was my first appointment and I will continue to see him.

My husband saw Dr. Epperson for the first time in August. He was extremely helpful in explaining a terrible disease to us. At the same time he was encouraging and offered reassurance that we are doing everything we should be. We were both very pleased and know Dr. Epperson will be with us on this journey.

I do not recommend using Dr.Epperson!! Here are the details for your own knowledge and individual experiences may vary and these are facts and my opinion.. I went to him a few weeks ago with these symptoms: Inability to grasp with hands, pain in hands, pain in arms, pain in shoulders and pain in the center of my back and in my neck. I have had cervical fusion and it sometimes bothers me but never like this..I also told him my mother suffered RA and the complications from it ultimately caused her death. He stated to me he was going to have a nerve study done along with an RA test and would schedule a MRI. They performed the nerve test that day and the MRI was a few days later. Over the course of a few days my condition deteriorated substantially to say the least! I called his office and was able to speak with his nurse who I explained my pain was unbearable and I couldn’t feel my hands..She said I needed to go to the ER! Really??? I just saw the doctor, He has my MRI and your telling me to go to the ER is what I replied..So after a long pause and her speaking with Epperson she said they were sending me to have a nerve block shot..Well ok..Lets do it..But the soonest I could get in was nearly a week later! So in the meanwhile I go see my GP who gets me out of pain with Lyrica and muscle relaxers until I get this shot..Well..The doctors office who I was referred to called to confirm my appointment and I inquired about this “shot” I would be getting and the lady said “ we don’t give shots, we are a physical medicine office “ . Needless to say I canceled the appointment..Plus..They never scheduled or performed the RA test..So today..nearly three weeks later I called to figure out what their plan for me was and the nurse said I needed to have kept my appointment to get my shot!! 🤬..What appointment for what shot STUPID? ! I’m sitting on my couch in indescribable pain with no plan of action from his office to help me..I would recommend you seeing the doctor on Family Guy over Dr. Epperson!!! He has caused me to live in misery for almost three weeks by not fulfilling his obligation as a medical doctor..Which I plan on addressing with the board directly..Choose your doctor wisely!

Dr Miller was very short and not interested in informing me about next step after nerve test Staff not very efficient on informing you of possible costs incurred by lab work conducted in their office. Not an office I would visit if I had to pay out of pocket. VA referral nut not good choice

The first thing that came out Dr Epperson "you know Dexerdreine won't work long term for weight." I spouted back to him, "if you bothered to look at my chart you would see that I take it for Narcalepsy." He then walked over to me and put his hand in my knee and said "I'm so very sorry" After that he made no sense to me on my condition. My opinion is, he's a jerk.
